  • Thimsile's Girth Log

I'm back, hope to see a couple familiar old faces. I had to check my first log from 2009 to remember how much I have already gained in years past. I started smallish at around 5.6 EL and 4.6 MEG. My initial 3 months got me up to about 7 BPEL and 4.8-4.9 MEG. I took time off and managed to loose a little less than .5 inch length but the girth stuck around.

In 2014 I started an extender only length log. I put in 1000 hours of extending with manual stretches during the last 250 hours. This took me from 6.5-6.6 BPEL up to 7.4-7.5 BPEL. My girth remained the same.

A month ago I ordered a vacutech thick wall round hand pump, 1.75" width. I have been doing 1 day on 1 day off pure girth work which consists of dry jelqing about 20 reps followed by 3-6 7 second squeezes. After this I get hard and pump for about 5 min. at 3-5 Hg. That makes one set and I usually do 3-4 sets which amounts to 15-20 min. in the pump.

I have also recently started pumping to 3 Hg and then pulling the tube away from my body in a quick pulsing rhythm which brings the pressure back and forth between 3 and 5 Hg over and over again. I feel the pulsing vacuum will be more effective than the steady vacuum over time.

So before PE i was 4.6 EG. After my beginner routine I was 4.8-4.9 which is where I have remained for years. I believe that now after 3-4 weeks back into girth only I might be at 5.0 MEG. I don't want to call true gains yet though until I measure a few times on off days. Also, after a good girth workout I measure as much as 5 and 1/8 inch MEG which is a great sign.

I'll post every 1-2 weeks and for sure whenever there are gains to report.
