Hey guys thought I would share something that has definitely been working for me and bringing me gains. I started back seriously PE'ing 10 months ago after 4 years of not doing it. I was at 9.25 bpel before losing my gains but i didnt cement them. I started at 8.5-6 ish bpel 10 months ago. I tried everything to help gain length and get back to my old bpel . Manual, hanging, and extending, lots of heat, etc. I got to 8.75. Not much length but gained alot of girth. Went from 5.75 to 6.25 midshaft and 6 to 6.5 inch base. I really didnt want girth just length. Over a month ago I was reading about tissue flexibility and collagen. After research, I developed a routine that has made me gain super fast. My routine is simple and is everyday. Every morning and night I do planks and glute bridges along with hip flexors stretches. I only do manual penis exercises. I start off each penis workout with a 30 second myofascial exercise to start collagen breakdown( using hands a srolling pins and massage the shaft). After that I stretch out very gradually to the point of tension and hold it for 30 seconds. I repeat this stretch again but once I feel the stretch relax at the point of tension, i stretch past the point of tension for 30 seconds. After each stretch I do 20 glute bridges. I notice my penis stretch further each set. I do about 20 sets over a day. If my penis ever fill up with blood during workout, I do a kaphabalti breathing exercise which makes me go completely flaccid. This keeps my penis very stretchy. I also dont take any vitamin c or eat much foods high in vitamin c, which increases collagen. I keep my penis weak to continue to deform it. Nor do i do any girth or smooth muscle work because i dont want my penis to toughen up yet. My length now is a little below 9.25 bpel, which was my goal. Since im gaining so fast, my new goal is 9.5 bpel and Im stopping there. Once my bpfls hit 10 inch (im at 9.6 right now), i will stop stretching and focus on smooth muscle exercises such as ulis to bring my eq to 10 (about 9 now) which should bring me to 9.5 bpel. Im not sure if this is a great long term routine for gains, but short term is believe so to bring about good gains. You should see your penis stretch further during the workout.

Some of your BPEL gains might be from postural changes to your pelvis. Exercises that strengthen your core and glutes, and stretches that lengthen your hip flexors would have the effect of posteriorly rotating your pelvis. In other words, the neutral position of your illiac crests swing down and back while your pubis swings up and forward. Just rotate your hips while measuring and you can see that temporary posterior tilting of the pelvis increases your BPEL measurement reading while anterior tilting of your pelvis decreases that reading. Nevertheless, if you are now maintaining your pelvis in this new neutral position, I would say your BPEL gains are real even if they are from postural changes rather than tissue growth. Many people have anterior pelvic tilt from spending too much time sitting, and the exercises you described are some of those used to correct this condition.

Thanks for your post pudendal. I understand what you mean but the way I measure has always been pushing my hips out as far as possible to get accurate measures. The reason for the anterior pelvic tilt exercises was because I noticed that once I do them, I lose all tugback and my pelvic floor becomes super relaxed. Once Im stretching past point of tension, my penis do not tug back at all. Plus the planks and glute bridges and hip flexor stretches, I noticed has increased my eq and erection angle without me doing any smooth muscle work.
