Hey guys I've kinda been lurking the forums and just finally got around to activating my account.

I started hanging back in May/June of last year (started with a 2.5 pound weight) and now I'm up to 14 lbs. I've been doing the SD stretches (had NO idea there was various others 😲.)

Ok I have a few questions, I've noticed that I'm not really gaining that much anymore (I started @ 5.5 BPEL now I'm 7.25 BPEL, I'm shocked that this actually does work!) Should I continue with the SD stretch, just increase weights slowly? What should be my CAP before I go to something more strenuous? My last question is is there any other type of hanging device that has a firmer grip? I've been using this an elastic type hanger with a clip on the bottom and 3 pinch type clips (things you see on the hood of a jacket.) The problem is it keeps slipping and can't handle 20 minutes with 15 lbs on the end.

    Thanks in advance to all.

Hello again You have some nice gains!

I think you need to check out LG hanger It`s pricey, but It looks like a very good device. It`s one of my dream devices.

Do you have girth gains from the hanger?
Do you have experience with manual exercises?

Thanks stranger, I've looked @ the LG hanger and it's a bit pricey. I actually was looking @ making (I think it's called a Cap'n something hanger, I can't remember.) I was also looking @ an ADS, any suggestion for that? I started out on the JP90 routine and that worked wonders until I platued last summer then started researching and found hanging.

Good extenders are expensive as well.PF or LG Hanger looks like worth it,but both expensive .PMP is also looking good for extender.I got one cheap and it`s crappy. You need to have all day free to use it.But if you wanna try one of those, buy miracle slider extender from Ebay-about 40 $.You can check out some Stealth products that are bumping around here lately.

Why don`t you try some different manual exercises beyound JP90?

I just might do that (for the extender), does stealth have a website? What are some other length exercises beyond that? Also wth is this OTS stretch? Is it more strenuous then the SD stretch?

There is a guy here that is representing Stealth.Search "Stealth for men" in google and you are going to find the website. Also there are many threads about Stealth around here on the forum.

I think that basic stretches (like the one from JP90) are very good. You just need to increese intensity over time. But there are many other stretches you can try. There are also a lot of different girth exercises as well.
Click on penis exercises (below "articles" on the top left of the page) and look at them. You can also check out some progress logs around here and see how different members are working out. There are always fresh ideas and exercises to try.

"Also wth is this OTS stretch" - I got no idea what kind of stretch is this

I used a VacExtender mod kit on my standard extender (x4) with good results. However, you can save money by buying the VacExtender KR Extender. Cost a little over $100.

I also use use the vacuum cap alone in connection with BTC bed fowfers. The cap keeps the stretch in place for over an our.
