      Was a decent workout. Couldn't hang during the evening session but managed to finish my manual stretches.

      Prep:
      - 5 minutes warm up

      PE Exercise, Day:
      - Hanging 3 x 20 minutes (6.6 Ibs)
      - LAS none
      - phallosan 1 hour
      - Flaccid Bend 5 x 1 minute

      post: 5 minutes warm down

        Clamping today was great . Did a girth only routine this evening.
        Also did a lot of squeezes, bending and compressing while clamped.. I particularly enjoy the compressor while clamped.. It's intense so I have to be careful. Though I noticed
        a beyond usual bulge after the workout
        Also did some clamped edging.

          Clamping today was also great . Only did 25 minutes though with some squeezes and compressors.
          Didn't have much time to use the phallosan as I had to leave home for some errands.(I wear tight jeans so the bell is conspicuous)

          - Hanging 2 x 20 minutes, 1 x 10 minutes @6.6Ibs(3kg)

          • I got the horseshoe cockring today @50mm. Not as tight as I expected it to be. But maybe it's in my mind.
            It fits well though and I can feel am not turtling as I used to.
            Let's see how it goes
