  • I seemed to have caused some ED/Nerve Damage. Should I continue with PE?

Hello all! 20 year old, fit healthy dude here. I just wanted to post an update on my progress and possibly be here for support for those struggling with similar issues. I've known about PE for a minute, but had always been somewhat hesitant to follow through with it. I learned how to jelq and would do that occasionally for 10 minutes a day like 3 days a week. Definitely helped me get stronger erections when it came time to performance. Then I started reading about these guys that get serious gains, and they all recommend starting out with JP90 for beginners. I should've read more into it and how to properly do it - because I am aware that it can cause more damage than good if done improperly. A month ago exactly, I was doing the stretches behind the butt/legs while doing kegels that were apart of the jp90 routine....then immediately started jelqing while holding my turkey neck back at like 50% erect level ACCIDENTALLY. this was a bad bad mistake. I had a feeling I had done something wrong and I let go and the left side of my penis had a dark purple bruise half the size of a penny. I immediately started freaking out and stopped touching it, got out of the bathroom and went about my day.

About 5 minutes later I was getting dressed and as I was putting my underwear on I saw the bruise went from purple to a legit BLACK color. I was really panicked and just kept going about my day. I didn't notice anything else - yet. I started reading up on it, and realized... I had done some pretty fucked up things to my penis. The next few days I would find out, my penis was completely desensitized and I really messed up the blood flow to my penis. My flaccid penis just started feeling like mush, gooey and numb. Not my penis. It also looked like dead meat just hanging from my pelvis..if that makes sense. It hung out about an inch more/out further than before and it was pale.

Days turned to a week and I had yet to get ANY boner...not even morning wood. By week 2 I might have popped a very very weak morning erection, but it was not hard enough to even do anything with. I took about a 2-3 week break from touching my penis AT ALL unless it was to pee, or to do some heat wraps. I really started freaking out. I wasn't getting ANY boner for 3 weeks almost, and I used to get like 4 a day. I had showed it to a friend of mine thats like family (female) that has seen me naked several times and even she had said "Wow why is it hanging out so much further...like it looks like its coming out like a shelf then hanging down....it also looks very pale and lifeless."

Fast forward to week 4.5.....my penis head now has these deep lines/grooves all through it, that kind of "spread out" if you will when erect. The glans definitely aren't as pale now, the center is pink like before, but the under side fades to pale/greyish by the tip with some light discoloration as if there isnt enough blood flow to it. I get morning erections every other day, but theyre sooo weak I can barely tell when I wake up until I grab it. My flaccid penis is almost an INCH longer than what it was even a month ago, and it still comes out then hangs down. I was a major grower before going from 3.5 flaccid to juuusttt under 7 inches non bone pressed. I measured it now and its almost 4.5 inches flaccid, and it looks like my dorsal vein has thrombosis. The nerve damage/numbness has healed to about 75-80% but the whole upper side facing me is pretty desensitized in comparison. Under my head near my circumcision scar on the sides get very uncomfortable when I lightly rub them dry, where as the front top part doesn't really feel like anything...it kinda just feels like I'm rubbing any part of my body. The penis head was COMPLETELY numb at first and that is back to about 85%....but the one thing that really concerns me is my blood flow. Even when I'm soft, if I push on my glans, it takes a whileeeee for the blood flow to go back to it, where as before it was like immediately the blood went back into it. Even when I am hard, if I take my hand off my dick, you will literally see pale marks from where my hands were for like 5-8 seconds until that area fills back up with blood....never used to do that. My penis head when hard used to be firm like everything else and it stays soft now. But, when my penis is hard, the whole head is super pink/red again so thats a good sign.

My 20th bday was 3 days ago, so I got a viagra, and it reminded me of what my penis used to feel like. It really sucks I'm barely in my 20's and I'm suffering from such bad ED because of my own fault. I can only imagine when I'm older. My boyfriend tells me its all psychological and in my head, but I can't psychologically cause myself super weak morning wood. Also my erections go so so much quicker now, and if I am masturbating or being sexually active, I need a constant stimulation to keep it rock hard like it was when I was 16. Should I just keep taking viagra/super p? Could that cause my ED to get worst? If you're still reading through this I appreciate you so much....and if any of you are going through something similar right now IT DOES GET BETTER. I was so depressed thinking I had a broken penis for the rest of my life, but its about 75% back...but its been a month. As far as size difference from before its around the same when I'm rock hard....its just difficult to get it rock hard like it used to...so I guess it does affect the size. :/ When I took the viagra I definitely was as big if not a little bigger and thicker than I was before my injury so at least I know I can rely on viagra if I absolutely have to in worst case scenario. My soft penis seems to permanently be about an inch longer and a lot thicker, and the veins seem to have some thrombosis. If I start PE back up, do you think it would cause more damage, or actually help me get and remain hard. Any insight would help. Also, could literally just ONE bad workout, cause this much damage if I had only been doing pe for like a week? Apologies in advance if this site is oversaturated with so many posts like this. I'm new to this scene and I've been freaking out obsessively for like a month now. Thanks again!

Jeez...I'm glad you're recovering, albeit slowly. Your tale is an absolute nightmare scenario and a lesson for those who may be overzealous in their training (myself included).

I'm hopeful that you'll have a full recovery.

Don't PE. After your penis is back to normal, don't PE for a while, because just when we think we're healed, we are not.

You've made quite a recovery already, allow a full recovery.

Dude you have no idea....that was the perfect word...nightmare. I was in a deep deep state of depression, and it seems like this is something I may have to deal with for the rest of my life. It felt like I was living my own hell. Honestly part of me feels like this is GOD teaching me a lesson...be happy with what you got.

Definitely stop PE'ing for a long, long time. Give yourself time to recover. Track your recovery (i.e., is your EQ better at day 90 when compared to day 30?).

                  Keep us posted.

I know I should see a doctor, but can I ask you some thing? Should I not be having sex? Should I not take viagra? Why do I feel pretty much the same when I have sex if I can get it up? My veins seem to be getting thicker I am scared. Some mild random pain.

Yes. See a doctor as soon as possible. (S)he will be able to answer your questions and get you on the right track in terms of recovery, treatment, and/or mitigating damage.
