My goals and routine have changed a bit, so I may as well start a log.
Started in late October 2016. 6.125" BPEL x4.75" MEG. Have no complaints about girth, but wanted more length. So, focused exclusively on stretching - 15 minutes, 4 days a week. Also some edging. My main goal was to stay consistent with the routine until my Son #3 was born in June. PE was really one part of a larger physical self-improvement plan, which also included exercise - which I started in early 2016.
Added a newbie 1/2" in length and 1/8" in girth from the stretches in about 3 months. Not super fast, but not bad for the effort I put in. From that point, gains stalled. I kept going until about April - a bit short of what I'd hoped for - and stopped. Didn't see the point in continuing at that point. Measured occasionally since then - lost nothing. So, despite not getting any new gains over those months, I apparently cemented what I had.
Started again recently, stretching 3-4 days a week, as is convenient, on the theory that April-September may have deconditioned my penis, priming it for a new round of gains. If none come, it doesn't really matter - I'm reasonably happy where I am - but it would be nice. If I had to dream, 7" would be a nice length. Though, like many of us, if I ever got there, I'd probably go for 8"...
But, I've acquired a new main goal: increasing stamina. To that end, I'm going to practice starts-and-stops, and kegels. Limit masturbation to S&S sessions. Finally, AP90 (starting today!) - hopefully more.
For starts-and-stops, I'm going to go with a timed method outside of intercourse. I'll try to last 10 minutes before ejac. Once I can go 10 minutes without having to stop for more than 30 seconds, I'll up it to 15 minutes. Shooting for, eventually 20-30 min. No more than once a day.
For kegels, I need to find a good progressive routine that I can fit into my day without a problem.
I should probably also try reverse kegels - but haven't quite figured out how to do them. Something to work on.
I don't plan to update daily - but will check in on occasion, using this to track not just my progress here, but also related experiences.
