      Yeah, I pretty much try to pump to max every time with a limit that I can hold for at least 5-10 minutes. I then release it and readjust and try to reach that max limit again. For me, I've had most of my pump limit gains after a long time of stretching/extending prior to pumping.

      I've had the Hercules and X40, but I currently use the Bathmate Xtreme X40, which comes with a ball pump & hose, and I find it's easier/faster to pump with it than their other models.

        Routine:
        - 1.5 hour extension + 50 jelqs [New Limit: 8.5"] (13FEB18) (PMP)
        - 20 minute shower pump [Limit: 8.27" (21 cm)] (BM XX40)

        Miscellaneous Diet/Supplements:
        - Vitamin D 5000 IU
        - L-Arginine Extra Strength Nitric Oxide Booster (Havasu Nutrition) - 2 Capsules - 1200mg [L-Arginine HCI 400mg, AAKG 400mg, L-Citrulline Malate 400mg]
        - 64 oz Water

        Remarks: New BPFSL limit with the PMP achieved (Added to photos). Had to buy more extension rods from last time. Been drinking a lot more water than I have been in the last few months. It's really helped with me feeling good and looking good along with possibly aiding in gains ^_^.

          14FEB18 - 03MAR18

          Routine:
          - I've been using the PeniMaster Pro extender every few days or so. I've been busy with work, so I've been less focused on doing PE stuff within the last month, but I still do pumping pretty much everyday as part of my morning shower routine for about 15-20 minutes. Overall, no real gains lately. I honestly haven't pushed my PE limits like I have before, so I pretty much haven't expected any additional gains as of late.
          - Trying to lean back down from 190 lbs (12% BF) to the 170-175 lbs (10-12% BF) range, so I've been doing a lot more sprinting and weight lifting again.
          - Also, I'll be trying to do "No Porn" for the next month or so to see if that'll add to anything haha

          Miscellaneous Diet/Supplements:
          - 64 oz. Water
          - Oatmeal (breakfast) + 1 meal (lunch or dinner). Doing a bit of intermittent fasting and only trying to eat between 0600 - 1800 during the day.

            Why dont you start with basic manual exercises before using pump or gadgets ? Slowly get used to those and once gains are diminishing there you can switch to gadgets ?
