Don't plan on extending any farther than 2 weeks. Starting to feel it a little bit in the fatigue department.

Thinking of cutting the cycle today. Might extend that one extra week, but experienced pain in the side ligs during sts stretches. Taking two days off and evaluating/measuring.

As much as I would like to ride the gaintrain out, I needed to and have since began my 1 week rest period due to irritation and pain on the side ligs.

Really, really hoping I experience the "rebound gains" phenomenon. I've been having some tough workouts and discomfort during my extension week, so I'm hoping I see some gain out of this break.

Also thinking about switching the Squeeze and STS stretches out for more intense exercises in an attempt to lessen the timeslot needed for my workouts. Doing over 75 squeezes and nearly 1,000 sts stretches took a lot of time and began to feel monotonous by week 7/8. Want to spice things up, still deciding.

Like the title. Using the Bathmate pump has caused my shaft to turn purple as well. I like the color. Yes, I understand the monotony, but you have to continue.

                    Help Wanted:
My week long absence concludes tomorrow, which means I NEED to figure out what routine to go with before then. I am thinking about replacing the Squeeze with jelqing to enhance my EQ, I've also thought about adding the Uli for time reasons.

I simply wouldn't have enough time to continue the Squeeze/STS for anymore reps. I'm willing to keep one or the other, but I would like to upgrade to a more intense exercise for one of the isolations so that the less amount of reps could save me some time, while still getting in a good workout.

My routine for Cycle #2 of the Jelq-Free Routine consists of the Squeeze for girth isolation, and the Tension Stretch for length. I began with 40 Squeezes, and 10 Tension Stretches.

I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO A KEGEL. I've been in the PE game on and off for years and I have never been able to properly kegel, or at least perform the exercise well enough to feel any benefit from it. I added them in regardless a few days ago, and do them to the best of my ability, progressing in isolation capability day by day. They have already greatly improved many facets of my training. I had my greatest measurement to date, my erections are higher quality, and I have had a more significant flaccid hang. This whole time I attributed my poor EQ to overtraining, and wasn't able to apply any form of the TGC Theory as my EQ didn't match up with what I thought my "limit" was. Come to find out I just have incredibly weak pelvic floor muscles. Note to any viewer: do some kegels whenever you think about it, they really do help!

I also make sure to do my kegels for as long as I can, as the short quick kegels will often have some negative effects in the Pre-E department.

Squeeze reps are getting way too high. I have always done them in a rapid fire fashion however, (squeeze, adjust grip, squeeze, etc.), so last workout I slowed down the time between reps, put much more force into each squeeze, and consciously brought my hands together. Got a good pump and only had to do 20 reps. Obviously still need to up the reps, but it's a lot less daunting to do these ranges. Looking for quality over quantity strictly.

Tension stretches feel amazing, can't wait to see if the results reflect that!

I think BPEL would be a more reliable reading, as NBPEL fluctuates depending on bodyfat. Actual gains would always be BPEL.
Anyways keep up the effort and you will definitely reach there
                                1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)
                                31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)
