    Hi sergio!
What was your injury exactly? And did it heal completely? Im thinking of taking a 1 year break.

      Hi Road28,

There was a bump that appeared on the left side of my shaft. It was scar tissue from an injury from over-training. Went to see a urologist and got diagnosed with early signs of Peyronies disease. I left it alone for 1 year and 6 months, I haven't had pain on that side for a few months so I think it has healed prior to me getting back to doing extending.
      Initial NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 5 15/16 inches MEG = 4 inches

      6 months of extending NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 6 6/16 OR 6 3/8 inches MEG = 4 inches

      Initial NBPEL ( after the injury ) = 6 inches MEG = 4 inches

Do flaccid massage. Try to feel any scar tissue and rub it apart between thumb and finger. He gentle but insistent. It is not paranoid to watch closely to any physiological indicators. Especially pain and lack of morning wood. Keep paying attention to the lack of sleep.
