    Well that was a scary PI. Since I'm waiting for my new heating pad to arrive, I figure I would try the Stealth that I ordered. It seemed tight, but I know I did the measurements right.

    when I took the Stealth off after 6-7 hours, the bottom side skin by my head was all puffy. Never freaked out like that in my life. It subsided after a few hours, so no Stealth for me, until the next size up arrives.

      Okay ... time to update ...

      First, the Stealth PI scare ... all is good ... Cock seems better, and I got a size larger Stealth ... which fits more comfortably and without pain. There is a weird sensation at the glans though, which I'm going to watch.

      To Do:
      1. My Innerwear seems a tad to long, so I have to "fold" the silicone back. Find out if that is okay.
      2. Really get more data on how Stealth is suppose to help. I'm skeptical about my turtle, but more skeptical if this could help with length.

      Second, I had to adjust my JP90 routine when my heating pad broke. It took a little less than two weeks to get a warranty replacement, but I think I'm going to stick to my "new routine" until there is a plateau (including going more than 90 days). I like it better because it has a shorter warm up, and I can sleep later in the morning by 30 minutes (getting up at 0500 as opposed to 0430), which makes a difference.

      Here is "new routine:"

      1. Get in hot shower. Clean yourself as usual. (About 5 minutes)
      2. Wrap cock in washcloth.
      3. Raise water temperature as high as you can tolerate, and hold cock/washcloth under direct spray of shower (1 minute).

      Steps 4 through 11 are all under direct spray of shower (lower temperature if needed)

      4. Helicopter shakes
      5. Stretch left 30 seconds, followed by helicopter.
      6. Stretch right for 30 seconds, followed by helicopter.
      7. Stretch up for 30 seconds, followed by helicopter.
      8. Stretch down for 30 seconds, followed by helicopter.
      9. Stretch straight out for 30 seconds, followed by helicopter.

      New stretch I made ... maybe others have done it. I don't know.

      10. Stretch 20 times "up-down wave" followed by helicopter.
      11. Stretch 20 times "left-right wave" followed by helicopter.

      12. Turn back to shower, and apply EVO for Jelqing.
      13. 50 Jelqs followed by 30 V-Jelqs, 3 times.

      14. Warm down by wrapping cock in washcloth and place under shower spray. Increase temperature as you can bear. 1 minute.

      I haven't taken any measurements, but we'll see how this goes for a month or two. Hopefully I'll get good results.

      To Do:
      3. Jelqs in shower are at less flaccid (< 50%). Maybe my cock is getting use to all this extra handling? This would mean more length gains than girth then based on current theory. Will watch and consider BM for use. I wouldn't mind length gains right now over girth, as girth may be able to catch up. Verify if that is true.
      4. Find out what blood pressure medication can do. Is it similar to L-Arginine, or even better?

        Took some measurements and I may be over 6.5" in length! Woah.... And when re measuring, I think it was damn close to 6.75". I'm thinking this is due to improved EQ, because I really felt hard. That was cool... haven't felt it like that in a few years, as I must have forgotten.

        So I'm not going to call it 6.75", but I did see an increase. However, my girth did seem to decrease or was at least the same with some coaxing. Looking forward to seeing some real gains.

          Okay, took a measurement again and I'm close to 6.75 for sure. Now I'm wondering if it is because I've lost a good deal of weight the last 3 week (mostly water weight).

              Theoretically, yes I agree. However, it is called a fat pad, and no matter how much you press into the pubic bone, the fat pad has some thickness. I'm just wondering how much.

              In any event, things are looking positive, which is more important!

                Have had a fever the last few days, so I'm taking a quick break from PE. When your body is sore and every joint hurts, I lose any desire to get up earlier, or "work out."

                i have been consistent since day 1 (2 on and 1off) and I have read that some members have taken breaks, so it being a few days short of the JP90 end, this could be a good time for a brief hiatus.

                Right now my EQ has improved ... it sure feels hard. I have newbie length gains (thanks to EQ) and stand at 6.75. However, my girth remains unchanged at 5.0 MEG.

                I started to make sure my erection was harder when performing jelqs. Perhaps it was to low of an erection, as my dick has gotten use to that feeling, as opposed to the first few days when he would get hard. I'll continue with staying hard and "refreshing" and see if it makes a difference. Sure would like to see some girth gains.

                  Okay, did some measuring and I'm NOT 6.75 ... remaining at 6 5/8" and 5.0 MEG. After 90 days, I would have thought I could be closer to 7.0 and at least 5.25 if not bigger due to newbie gains. Granted I gained a tad over 1/4" but no girth... but again due to EQ. Not sure what to do the next 1-2 months.

                  Certainly, my enthusiasm has taken a huge hit.

                    Great blog. Look at your routine as primarily conditioning your cock: EQ, performance/stamina and flaccid gains; and size as a secondary "nice to have." The size gains will come and when they do you will rejoice. But it helps to think that way psychologically in order to keep going.

                    Plus, increased EQ, performance and flaccid gains are probably much more important to you wife than size anyway - my wife can't stop checking out my flaccid bulge - keep a look out and you'll see the furtive glances

                      Well ... I've modified my routine slightly even though the JP90 is done for me (and not getting gains I was hoping for). I'm going to continue for a month the "old" routine ... which is below ...

                      1. Clean up and keep cock under water
                      2. Warm up in shower.
                      2. helicopter
                      While keeping cock under the shower
                      3. Pull left 25 seconds, then crank stretch 10 left and 10 right, then helicopter,
                      4. Pull right 25 seconds, then crank stretch 10 left and 10 right, then helicopter
                      5. Pull down 25 seconds, then crank stretch 10 left and 10 right, then helicopter
                      6. Pull SO 25 seconds, then crank stretch 10 left and 10 right, then helicopter
                      7. Pull up 25 seconds, then crank stretch 10 left and 10 right, then helicopter
                      8. 50 Jelq, 30 V-jelqs
                      9. 50 Jelq, 30 V-jelqs
                      10. 50 Jelq, 30 V-jelqs
                      11. Warm down for 2 minutes in shower.

                        Alright! I was getting down for a bit there ... maybe a month or so ... but I would say it is official ... I've tipped past 6.75 ... so that's given me motivation to keep going ... maybe I will hit that Bronze medal in a few more months!

                            Of course, I'm still perplexed as to no girth gains at all ... all measurements have been mid-shaft ... but I have to think about that more ... I'll keep trying to stay hard with a lot of "refreshing" to keep him stiff. lol

                              Okay, I'm pretty stoked right now ... I know it's been a week since my last measurement ... but I'm definitely 6.75 BP ... and in fact, it looks like my cock is 6 7/8"! When I do a BP measurement, it is definitely over 6.75" ... so I'm feeling great right now ... and even if I'm jamming the ruler into my pelvic bone a bit to much ... I'm still impressed that this is actually happening!!!!

                              My dick has gained at least 0.5" in length and is knocking on the door of 7"!!! I couldn't be happier ...

                              Well, except for the girth gains. However, there use to be a train of thought to go for length first then girth ... so I'm okay with it right now.

                              Anyway, I have renewed energy to keep working my cock with the JP90 and see how the next three months turn out. Not going to go for the more intense program until I really plateau.

                                Good log mate, I will keep checking back with interest. Also congrats on the gains!!!

                                I always find squeezes give me better results than jelqs for sure. Maybe a thought if you're still not gaining in a couple of months.
