That's not really true. I used a manual bundled stretching routine a couple of times to break a hanging plateau. So as of now, my experiment with the mother of all cum loads didn’t work. My wife didn’t notice any volume increase in her mouth, and just taste was different (said it was tasteless). That wasn’t a bad thing she said (but she always liked my taste before anyway).
So we’re halting the stack for now. When I have time, I’ll do some more research.

Just added 100 leg slaps to my routine. Will increase that over time.
what I’m really perplexed about is my lack of girth gains. People doing the JP90 are seeing great girth gains. Me OTOH, have seen none.

Still at the 5 days on and 2 days off. My routine is basically same, but my stretch is bundled now.
so,
1 warm up
2 helicopter shakes and bundled stretches at L, R, SD, O, and U.
3 then jelq and v jelq at 100/60 repeated 3 times.
piss pulls and leg slaps when possible.

Hi there, great log!
Just gonna leave some short notes from my experience:
1. Bundled stretches can be dangerous. Do NOT overdo them. Even doing them at the same strength like your normal stretches, which you are now used to, is too much.
I did that mistake. Ripped some skin!
Had to take time off, so watch out for that. Overall I would say forget the bundled stretches but since you are not me and everyone reacts differently to different stimuli, good luck with that experiment.
2. Regarding hanging. I am saying this because you seem to be walking an identical path as me, as I have also started out with JP90 and veered off into other methods & routines, including hanging.
What I can say from experience is this: Nothing beats JP90 and when I think more about it, nothing really beats jelqing.
Perhaps its different for you and hanging will be what gives you most gains. But seeing how you gained in a similar fashion as me perhaps you are like me, physiologically. But one can never know for sure. So, again, good luck with that.
I have this gut feeling which I want to get of my chest but I do not really know how to put it in words.
I think staying with the basics is the way to go.
Simple stretches.
Simple jelqs.
You really do not need anything else.
I do not know what the one guy was called but there are 2 famous routines, the JP90 and the other one.
The other one is recommended for those who want a ligher/shorter routine!
That guy gained quite a bit, did his same basic, light routine for a year. When he hit a plateau, all he did was to increase intensity a bit and kept at it for another year and continued gaining into monster territory afaik.
So you do not need to get fancy with all the gears etc.
I know, at one point in time, we all veer off down that road, I have and many people have and I might be even wrong saying this since there are many that benefit a lot from that.
But experience makes me believe that basics is truly where its at.

PS: After I proof-read, I remembered to mention that I also did not gain any girth. That makes me suspect that we are similar in physiology!
If that truly is the case, I have bad news for you: girth may be impossible. I tried various methods and none really worked.

What are v jelqs and could you explain leg slaps? I'm harry just turned 18, you invited me to your journey here on the other forum. If you could give me a beginners exercise I'd be greatful. Your probably the only person on here who actually kept track and you've actually gained according to what you've been saying. Do you have a record of how long it took you for your gains? Those are awesome! It was a 7 or 8 at best. Hi Harry, there are TONS of other members who have tracked their routines way better than myself. You can find those in the progress forums. My recommendation is to go to the beginner forum. I get a sense that you are looking for a quick fix, which PE is not. And it could be damaging and dangerous so you need to figure what is right for you, and safe. The last think you want to do as an 18 year old is fuck up your cock. You have a long time to enjoy him. Go to the beginner forum. Introduce yourself. Then start to do research of the different methods, like JP90. No other one person can help you enlarge your dick. I extracted my 2015/2016 excel from my archieve just to check. I am not certain but I think I did a whole turn, both twisting directions...
So one full turn with the same pull force is dangerous. Half might be too, just proceed with caution, dont be an idiot like me.
I achieved 1'' quite quickly, so I suspect EQ-gains may be a good portion of it. I still remember taking a picture before starting with PE where I barely reached 16.5cm which is basically 6.49''. That was the absolute best I could do. So, I am not quite certain how much EQ improvement contributed.
Anyway, I gained 0.98'' in 2 months but then for one to two months nothing. So I was stressing to get the 1'' xD
That came after I switched to another routine (advanced Jelq-free routine) and ever since, it was a real struggle. I jumped from routine to routine... Even used devices (hanging, pumping, etc.)
I never experienced the same speed again.
Gaining became really slow. While I can say that the first inch came in roughly 3 months, the rest took more than a year =/
And most of it is gone because I stopped cold turkey and did no maintenance routine!

It seems that there is now a new routine in town where PE veterans who know what a true "10/10 EQ" is, call that "10/10" a joke after applying that method.

The method is called the "Angion method" and it seems to boost EQ significantly. You can find it over at *************! Perhaps here too, I did not check this place out yet. Just recently found it myself.
I am going to give it a go, replace my post-workout edging session with that just to see what the hype is all about.

Not going to call it official, but I think I have gained 1/8” in girth. Measured last night. I’m stoked if it holds, so let’s see.

Hi fellow cock growers,
First the bad news. I’ve been unable to exercise due for nearly a year due to torn rotator cuffs and tears (both arms) and to top it off, frozen shoulders ... long story ... didn’t overwork my arms PEing, so no worries ... rather an accident.
Because I haven’t been able to work my cock out, I slipped back to 7 inches. Additionally, my wife noticed my hang is not as long anymore (and boy did that make us sad).
