    Alright, decided to make my log. Hi!

    I am new to PE, lets see how it goes.

    As You can see I have baseball shape penis, I will try to improve it.

    Doing my pe mainly because of that baseball shape and EQ (don't have problems with EQ atm tho). But still want to keep my buddy in shape!

    Only manual PE! At the moment I am doing basic stretches (5min), jelqs, vjelqs (both for CC and for CS (so I am doing Vjelqs vertical and horizontal grip)

    Stats 04.01.18 - BPEL 6.3, MEG 5.9, BEG 5.4

    Doing my workout 4 times per week.

      Feeling really nice. Soon will start workout for my pelvic floor muscles.

          Hello, I am back. I was lurking around, finally i decided that I need to get things done.

          I have porn addiction since 13 y/o, now I finally decided to quit (I am 25 now).

          So since November 7th no porn for me, I hope I will not fail this time, because I really understand that it affects me in negative way.
          First 2 weeks were rough, my EQ was really, really bad, but around 1 month mark my EQ was above average.

          Also I understood that things dont change overnight, so I am watching everything as marathon.

          At December 10th I decided to start light pe program again - 2 day workout / 1 free.
          Workout is really simple:
          *15minutes edging as warmup
          *100 strokes vjelqs for cc
          *100 strokes vjelqs for cs
          *15minutes edging

          Stats @December 10th were: BPEL 6.3 MEG 6 BEG 5.4

            Hey, changing strategy.

            Recently I bought a fleshlight, when I tried it,- a problem occurred: My EQ wasn't constant at 9, actually, my EQ was 5-6.

            I started to think why it is so because if I edge with hand, I can maintain EQ at 9 for 1 hour easily.

            As I understand fleshlight feeling gets kinda realistic to a vagina (I am virgin). My grip with a hand is a lot stronger than fleshlight grips my penis. Also if I edge with hands I don't use any lube, but with a fleshlight I did lube and there are completely different feelings.

            I have death grip syndrome and I need to fix that first. Luckily I bought a fleshlight (I guess) and could detect a problem.

            I did some research and my plan is the following:

            *No porn never ever again. (still not watching it since November 7th 2018)

            *Kegel workout (need to balance pelvic floor) 3 times per week. (started doing Minuteman's workout plan)

            *Ultra light edging. I will try to recondition my penis for a soft and gentle feeling). Always with lube and super light, slow movements with hand (will begin with 1 finger, then 2). I know my EQ will struggle a lot and it can take a long time, but I feel that is the only way for me.

            *No PE for now. Still, I have PE goals, but I am fully in a marathon mode, fixing things step by step.
