    @mrplayer1984 Yeah so my measuring date last year was 3/14, and I promised myself I wouldn't try to do an 'official' measurement until that day a year later, and what do you know, it's in 3 more days, so I'm excited but also scared to see how much I've gained. If you really wanna know, I've at least gained 0.25" in length and 0.25" in girth, like guaranteed, but official measurements I won't do until Wednesday. I'm a pretty slow gainer but I can't complain cause it's something y'know?

      So, I'm about a day or two late on my official measuring date but it's better late than never! I'm so stoked, the results were a lot better than I expected A quick run down of progress though: Still jelqing my same routine everyday, I use a nice cocoa butter Vaseline now and it feels nice and keeps my skin smooth; hanging still sufffering but I am on spring break and I plan to pick hanging up again once spring break ends (weird because you'd think I'd have more time to do it now, but I've been trying to have fun), stretching routine suffers sometimes cause I always end up getting home late. I promise to get back down to PE once the break ends though!

      Now for measurements: ​ The last time I measured was 3/14/17, and here we are a year later on 3/16/18!
      BPEL:
      6.85 ---> 7.55
      NBPEL:
      ~6.25 ---> 6.875
      MSEG:
      ~5.0 ---> 5.35
      BSEG:
      ~5.25 ---> 5.875

      All my measurements are fairly accurate, I was pretty hard when I did this so these are sorta max stats, although I'm still working on EQ which gives me potential for more, but I'm happy to say I'm satisfied with the gains in a year! My goal is still to reach about 8.5 BPEL or even 9 BPEL (I really hope it's possible), and to get my NPBEL up to a good 8 inches, but I'm barely at 7 right now anyways. I think the biggest change I noticed physically was a much thicker base, so now I got a cone penis! My only want now is to be considered a "big dick" and to keep on going from there. PE has been a fruitful journey and fun, and I'm still excited for the future.

        I still jelq everyday, woohoo. I'm surprised I've stuck with it this long. Stretching I'm trying to get back into doing everyday, I had a few slack days cause my birthday recently passed, figured I could use a relaxing day with my girlfriend too. Anddd hanging I do when I can, I'm trying not to over do it and damage my penis like I used to. Other notes: flaccid hang has been small, which is weird cause the weather's pretty warm, so I'm hoping it goes back to it's normal hang and I'm not stuck with this small flaccid size (or maybe this is my normal size and the fatter flaccid is on rare occasions? I sure hope not). Anyways, PI's looking good (some irritation but I'm 99% sure it's due to my weird shaving habits).

          Still jelqing everyday, feels like it helps somewhat with gains (PI's good). Stretching is a nuisance but I feel obligated to do it, and actually I've been hanging more than I've been stretching everyday, I skip some days though. I'm wondering if hanging is a substitute for stretching and vice versa? I'm just thinking, do I really need to do both everyday or can I just do one and it be the same? Flaccid looking better at times, still not to where I want it though. I might invest in a cock ring or something subtle to keep my flaccid engorged more.

          p.s. I'm still thinking about getting that Bathmate soon... it's a lot of money to invest though, and I'm wondering if it would actually help with gains (permanently)

            So it's been awhile! I haven't laid off jelqing at all (well I took one off day), and I've been getting back into hanging more effectively starting yesterday. Stretching though I've completely stopped, which I feel horrible about cause I think it was really helping. I just don't have the motivation to do it right now, it really irritates the skin (I don't think I have good technique for stretching right now) so I'll see if I can improve it later on when I have time to re-learn. That's all the progress I've done these past two weeks was really just jelqing

              Consistent hanging and jelqing. Still no stretching, not much of an update there. Motivation kind of lacking lately, maybe it's because of upcoming finals for school or something. Anyways, PI's good, will continue forth!

                So, for how long have you been practicing PE in total apart from this log which shows you started last year ?
                1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)
                31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)

                  @mrplayer1984 Well officially, yes, a year, but unofficially, I fiddled around with jelqing on and off for a few months before that. All my gains I would assume have come from my official year or just later adolescent growth

                  It's been awhile but nonetheless I've kept up with jelqing (only missing one day in this ~2 week long update), and hanging pretty consistently (only missing about 2 days), and I've been hanging 3-4 sets daily with 7.5 and 10 lb. weights. I have still yet to pick up stretching again. I think I need to work on kegeling too though, so as of TODAY I've implemented kegel exercises whenever I can manage it. I'll see how that goes.

                    As much as I've been neglecting updating my PE stuff, I'm still keeping up with jelqing and hanging like usual. I've been dealing with finals and studying but now that it's all over and summer is here, I think I can try incorporating the old stretching routine again. I'll post again when I get down to doing it, but so far everything is going good. I only missed 1-2 days of jelqing, and 2-3 of hanging during this period. Penis is starting to get irritated and red and blotched so I may take a it a bit easier now and listen to my PI's

                      So about a month later, I've only skipped probably about 4 days of jelqing and about the same for hanging, although Ive always tried to do at least one or the other once a day, and there's only been one day where I skipped both completely. School ended, summer started, and I'm trying my best!

                      Question: I'm going to college in about 2 months, and I'm dorming, so I won't have the privacy I do now, yet I still wanna continue PEing. Anyone have solutions on how I could continue my journey?

                        I've kept on my routine, and I've normalized my hanging and jelqing so that I do at least 3 sets of hanging a day, and 1 jelqing session. I've skipped about 2 days of both, so it's going well. I also finally added my stretching routine on and off again, and am hoping to stick more with it in the future. Anyways, for now I'm just taking it chill and not over-doing/over-thinking anything, I'm just being consistent...

                          So actually, this past week (on 8.18.18) I moved into my dorm for college and had to stop hanging as I would no longer have any privacy (roommate and then 2 other suite-mates) and I'm really afraid that I'm going to lose or stop my gains altogether. I am continuing to do jelqing everyday however (my only savior) and I'm really trying to figure out how to also get stretching into my routine everyday too, so that I'm doing jelqing AND stretching everyday.

                          I would really appreciate any solutions, and to know if jelqing itself might be enough to further my gains... I don't mind not continuing hanging (would pick it up after college) but would like to know a fast,simple stretching routine.
