Hey One-Up, way to listen to your body. I just read through this thread and I just wanted to commend you for not pushing through that injured vein and for giving it time to rest. Well done.

I wouldn't be too hard on your self for masturbating which you referred to as "sinning." You know, regardless of your religious beliefs, please give yourself some grace. No one is perfect. Just acknowledge it, move on, and don't be hard on yourself.
