I'm typing this up while I "warm-down" from my 1st complete PE routine (according to JP's 90 day beginner routine)
V-jelqs are a bit tricky . I fricking love the stretching before the wet jelqs, especially the helicopter haha (i'm still getting the hang of it)
There are two beginner routines I've looked at, JP's and PESG's... PESG's did not mention he "warmed down" in his routine - I'm curious of this distinction. This may be a simple answer so some here, but - I'm wondering, when looking at the post-workout practices, I've seen how an ice-bath has many benefits for the ligaments and muscles that were worked out. I'm thinking the reasoning (b/c in JP's 90 day, the warm-down was simply explained that it helps prevent trauma) is because of the soft-muscle tissue - that the desire emphasizes permanent length and girth gains on top of a much spongier and different type of muscle fiber - and regenerating and returning to the previous state is counter-intuitive with these types of PE's. If you just played a rugby match - and you're beat up and your muscles are stretched and sore, the ice-bath helps expedite returning you to your (already prime) form. Am I on the right track here?
Also, I practiced feeling the process of the blood being trapped and pushed into the glans during my jelqs - paying attention to the threshold of how soft I could perform the jelq - again something I thought of after reading PESG's approach - a lot of it made sense to me. Less is more - maybe some day in a year or two I'll change, but for now it seems jelqing lightly - essentially doing a good enough job to visibly see your veins/ glans grow is all you need to do - I found this doesn't take much pressure at all, like he explained imagining you're pressuring an egg.
Anyways, I thought to start my own thread to better consolidate my musings - I know I've talked about other health/nutrition practices and goals I'm interested in elsewhere on these forums. All in all, I'm excited to commit to something like this - of course I want a bigger, harder and HEALTHIER dingus, but I don't feel much pressure to reach goals at this moment aside from having more consistent erections at 100%- I'm more inclined at this moment to just trust the process of some of the stories shared here.
with that said - After a few months of kegels, balooning, edging, jelqing and improving my everyday habits (diet, exercise, etc), if I could get and sustain an erection at 100% EQ without a cock ring, that would be a big gain. Lately my erections that bring me to orgasm are NOWHERE near my size at 100% EQ. Or, is a super hard, extra veiny boner with a cock ring considered +100% -or a benchmark of your 100% EQ?
Though I officially just started PE today, I feel like i've had some gains in - of all things - testicle size, weight, and overall virility. I know those gains sound like BS - but I think there's some truth to l. reuteri - especially looking at the effect it had in the lab on mice. It's all natural and - potential balls/sperm/testosterone benefits aside, it's huge for increasing your ability to absorb the nutrients in what you eat. ok, the spin is done..
But i had a pretty decent cum-load not long ago after some edging - it was my second ejaculation of the day (the 1st was a let-down, i didn't actually want to cum - so it was just a lame ass dribble). My 2nd load was a teaspoon - though it was a bit difficult to catch it all: it shot out a few times and missed about half (which I accounted for in my estimated volume). This load was considerably larger than the 1st load I ever tried to quantifiably measure last night (4th cum of the day - about 1/3 of a teaspoon).
I don't plan to post a log like this every single day. But, while I'm starting out and learning the process, I want to document as much as I can - that I may get feedback if there's something someone reads they may have some valuable info to share. The thought of slowly growing your dingus through exercising is still quite a foreign thing for me to grasp, and it's incredibly exciting. I mean - you only have one life to live, what is there to lose from just following the process - at the least you'll learn something about how you function.
I dream of having legit results - that some day I may encourage other people starting out - maybe other people who feel insecure about their size and have had some traumatic conditioning or events that have put them down. There are a lot of inspiring posts, comments and topics on here I've read - things I would never have imagined to read on a place dedicated to exercising your penis (an activity which I had never really considered in any healthy context until just about a week ago - I was quite naive)
cheers

. Apparently some women have said they'd rather have a one night stand with a bigger dingus than a relationship - good thing I'm not looking for any relationships right now hahahaha - now I just need to work my ass off to 'get back in the pool.'
(hehehe giggidy)
