Great workouts. No ejaculation. Replaced most of my jelqs with v jelqs and made my ulis a bit more intense and consistent 5 30 second ones in each workout. Oh I remember I used to measure 16.5cm when I reallyyyy tried with a ruler. Now if I really try I measure 17.5cm or 18cm which means I got 1cm+ length. And I am sure I measure correctly because I do the same form. No girth gains but I won't hit them hard until i condition myself for 3 months. My penis does recover rather quickly from the workouts. This 1 cm of length I gained seems so unreal to me.

10 minutes stretchings. 20 mins jelqs v-jelqs and ulis. I ejaculated, because my penis was begging for it and if I did not, I would come in sex in 10 secs.

10 minutes stretching 20 jelqs, vjelqs, ulis 3 minutes stretching. Holidays soon enough prepare for some longer sessions. Also I won't have my gf at hometown so no ejaculation for about 2 weeks, or I will try :3

Stretches for 20 minutes at night and then jelqed for 20 minutes in the morning. Might do another session at night. Also I think my penis is pretty resilient on girth so I might as well start some clamping :3 My penis feels so long right now, I attempt to measure it with things like pens with the cap on and I outgrow all of them it's crazy Can't wait to hit 18cm
Haven't missed a workout this days. Well yesterday I did a PE session in the morning and came and then another pornless at night, but I also edged a lot in the night and in the afternoon, short periods but a lot. In the morning I had the strongest wood. I hope edging and no unecessary cuming will break my plateu, because I am happy with length but girth is just pathetic in comparison to my length.
