      It is monthly progress review and here are my *new* measurements:
      - Flaccid - 6.2x5.5
      - NBPEL- 7.1x5.7
      - BPEL- 7.7x5.7

      - I have gained on avg +.1 in length and +.1 in girth from my last measurement April 20th.

      So some thoughts...
      - I am focusing on length 1st before girth but it seems I am gaining girth at a faster rate than length.
      - I try to do my 500 jelqs in the 30% erect range but tend to end up doing most of them at around 60% or so. Maybe its effecting girth?
      - My flaccid has increased greatly from 5x4 since of 2017. Now that I am at 6.2x5.5 its finally making minimal gains.
      - I do not know if I should stick with the same routine or add different stretching exercises to add a new challenge for better gains.
      - I want to gain girth with clamping eventually but is it true if I try those at the same time as stretching it will counter act it?

            - Been a busy couple days that messed with my usual routine. Now I am going to squeeze in jelqs during the week when I can.

              - I decided to add to my routine for 2 days a week with 'Squeeze' and 'Clamp' exercises.

                - Bathmathe = Full Erection (5mins each) 3 sets.

                - I only did 300 jelqs today. My hands were actually too tired today to keep up 200 more reps. So I cut it at 300 for today.
                - Decided to actually use my Bathmate today for w.e reason. Guess since this is my final day of the week for routine just added it in.

                    - I think I am going to stay with 300 jelqs for this current routine with adding the girth exercises since my hand is starting to get tired/taking too much time.
                    - I increased my clamping to 9mins instead of 8mins. Just working it up to 10min sets.
                    - I added Bathmate back into my routine. 8minute reps 3 sets for now.

                    - So far no negative PI's so all is good. When I finish my session my girth is 6.3 inches.

                      - Since I lowered my rep count for Jelqs to 300 I decided to increase my Fowfer sessions to 10mins now.
                      - I forgot to do my Squeeze session in my routine today.
                      - I am not using Bathmate today. Simply because dont have the time.
