    Yeah, I figured it was too high but it wouldn't go down so I went with it. I do have the feeling like I worked it a bit too much. I was squeezing pretty hard too, maybe I shouldn't have done that.

      Rest day today, all I did was use my new heating pad 2 times today to warm my penis and did 10 minute hindi squats.

        I feel like updating by saying if my PE days fall on Saturdays, I most likely won't even edge because of the small window I have of catching up sleep in between shifts at work. Hopefully I can still squeeze in some PE workouts though.

        Anyways, I warmed up for 5 minutes. I did 40, 5 second squeezes, warmed between every 10 reps. I usually don't get to warm up but I have this electric heating blanket or pad, so I'm taking advantage of it lol.
        I did 400 side to side squeezes. Warmed down for 5 minutes after.
        Edged for 25 min
        Didnt do hindis, ive done them everyday since i started, finally rested.

            I warmed up for 5 minutes today.
            Did 40, 5 second squeezes with warming every 10 reps.
            Did about 400 side to sides, maybe a bit more
            30 sec stretches in each direction

            Warmed down for 5 minutes

            Edged for 25 min, REALLY wanted to finish but thatll have to be next session..
            Edit: decided to go ahead and finish just because the last time I did was on Thurseday.

              Yesterday was rest day, didnt do anything at all. I did do a couple minutes of hindi squats but I just rested mostly. Ac wasn't working at house and it was over 80 degrees in my room and super humid.

                Hopped in the shower and decided to do my PE there.
                I did 40, 5 second squeezes. Squeezed a bit harder than usual and felt nice and plump when I was done
                Did 400 side to sides in a half squat position for more of an angle. I've noticed that everytime I do side to sides I instantly start feeling some pain in the base of my penis, like it's still sore. I still continue with it but it goes away with a bit of an erection, this time I didn't get one so I felt it the whole time.

                After the session I felt nice and plump, hanging lower, and just overall felt that "after a good workout" feeling. Haven't had that one in awhile.

                  Rest day today, I haven't edged in awhile so I decided to do 20 minutes of edging with lube. Pretty easy got close a handful of times though

                      Edged last night. Have a throat virus so the doctor said that my pills would keep me up at night so I was up till like 7am, only slept like 3 hours.. anyways edged for 20 min with hand + lube, then did 20 min with fleshlight. Couldnt really last with fleshlight had to keep stopping and going, probably because I was looking at stuff that excited me (not porn). I did decide to finish with some naked pictures of girls though, haven't done that in awhile. Not sure if that affects my no porn edging though.

                        I warmed up for about 5 minutes with my heat pad. Did 50 squeezes, didn't feel too good because I kept losing my erection, I probably averaged about 40% erection quality or lower, so had to resort to moving my hands together on the squeezes to get some more power to it. Didn't feel plump at all.
                        I did 600 side to sides.
                        Warmed down for about 5 minutes.

                        Didn't really feel like a workout, wasn't plump, redish, etc. Whatever though.

                        Edged for 20 min

                            I wamred up for about 10 minutes.
                            Did 50 squeezes, felt more of a pump than the other day. Pushed my hands a bit closer to eachother if my erection % was lower.
                            Warmed between this and my side to sides.
                            Did 600 side to sides

                            Warmed down

                            Penis was def more plump than usual, was hanging low, shaped differently too. I think it's because when I did side to sides I was trapping the blood in the glans while pulling like I usually do and it just swelled it up a bit.

                            Edged for 23 minutes. Checked measurements, still the same. Came today.

                                Today I warmed up for about 10+ minutes and did 50 squeezes. I didn't have a high enough erection % so I would hold for 5 seconds then squeeze my hands closer together and count that as 1.
                                I did about 500-600 side to sides but the whole routine was pretty sloppy, I kept losing my grip due to sweat.

                                Not sure if I will be edging tonight.
