Hi my friends, glad to be on board,

I have been ashamed of my penis size since I was a teenager, it never ended up growing in size sadly. I am currently 4.5 inches in length, and 4.0 inches in girth. I am now 21 years old, and train hard at the gym to compensate for my size. I have a great physique but I never talk to girls because of my size, so I've decided instead of running from this problem i'm going to face it head on and where my insecurity as armor so it can't be used to degrade me anymore.

Does penis size relate to height? I am 5'8, and a lean individual, so is my penis beyond help?

Since I am just starting out, what type of exercises should I do? My goal is to increase my girth realistically by at least 0.5 inches, I would be extremely satisfied to see a one inch girth gain, that's my dream goal. As a secondary, I would not mind 1 inch in length as well. My primary issue is that condoms are too big on me, and they are baggy on my penis so I avoid intimacy with women even though I've had many encounters where I could have slept with many of them
