    Started PE in March, 30° of 2018 for the first time ever. I'm skeptic and I'm in it only for scientific reasons, "
    do this BS really works?"
    Let's see.When I started it I did not measure, I preferred to wait a week to be sure;When I was younger around 19 years old I measured it (probably wrong) and the numbers I came up with were:Those are 2015 numbers - Before I had any idea about PENationality: BrazilianHeight: 1,73 cm (5'8 ft)Weight: 72 kg (158,7 lbs) - [Muscular and lean]Age: 19 years oldMeasurements: 16 cm (6,2 inches) - 12,5 EG (4,9 inches) - UncircumcisedPS: I think I measured bone pressed and I had much less fat on me then.NOW, 2018So these are my initial measurements and progression;Nationality: Still a freaking BrazilianHeight: 1,73 cm (5'8 ft)Weight: 80 kg (176,3 lbs) - [Muscular but bulking so a bit fluffy, I do have some fat pad]Age: 21 years old

    for girth measurements, I squeezed it hard to be sure then I laid the cord on the ruler, I was shocked and still am. I thought I was thinner.
    ABOUT ME: Virgin, never kissed, unemployed and depressed (of course I should be

    no really it is normal to be depressed in those circumstances, actually it is expected but that is not the reason why I'm doing PE)First gainsMarch, 30°: Did not measure, preferred to wait.
    - Thoughts: In one day my EQ got so much better, I was never this hard I don't think.

    April, 18°: 15,5 cm (6,1 inches) NBPEL/ 16,5 cm (6,4 inches) BPEL - 13,6 cm (5,3 inches) EG
    - Thoughts: I'm confused as hell... Did I measure it wrong
    ? Did I grow? Am I really that thick? Really confused and stunned but it actually feels bigger, thicker and harder, wayyyy
    harder;May, 1°: °: 15,5 cm (6,1 inches) NBPEL/ 16,5 cm (6,4 inches) BPEL - 13,3 cm (5,2 inches) EG
    - Thoughts: Disappointed and demotivated... however it's only been 12 days since last measured and it took me 22 days initially to see something sooooooo
    I'm ok
    except for the girth thing which is actually irrelevant to be true to you since it's such a small gab probably a measuring error. I will measure again only if it hits my belly button, hopefully in 15 days will be there. BTW it doesn't feel thinner...


    First Month Routine (designed to make me start easy)


    No Warm up (because it needs to be stealthy)

    Morning Manual Stretch
    3 Sets = 10 minutos
    Forward Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Up
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Down
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Left
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Right
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    + 1 minute of
    Forward Stretch

    Bath Time (Afternoon) Wet Jelqs with Soap
    Always orgasm first because I'm not able to control my erection at 60% if I don't. It gets too hard.
    100-110 with 2 second holds = 6 minutes

    Night Manual Stretch
    3 Sets = 10 minutos
    Forward Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Up
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Down
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Left
    Stretch x 30 seconds hold

    Second Month Routine (this one I will follow until August)
    In the first month I was doing 3 days on e 1 off but now that I'm getting used to it I'll do everyday until it feels "weird" than I'll take a day off.


    No Warm up (because it needs to be stealthy)


    Morning Manual Stretch (Pulling 10 times harder to the limit but being careful and not doing "jerking" moviments)
    3 Sets = 18 minutes
    Behind the Cheeks Stretch downs x 30 seconds hold
    Behind the Cheeks Stretch Left x 30 seconds hold
    Behind the Cheeks Stretch Right x 30 seconds hold


    Down Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Down Stretch Left x 30 seconds hold
    Down Stretch Right x 30 seconds hold


    Forward Stretch x 30 seconds hold


    Up Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Up Left Stretch x 30 seconds hold
    Up Right Stretch x 30 seconds hold

    at the end
    100 quick kegels
    5 minutes edging
    100 quick kegels
    5 minutes edging
    100 quick kegels
    No orgasm

    Give me your thoughts on my routine and just so you know I can't do anyone else's routine because it gives me anxiety and I'm likely not o follow it the right way or even a little. It's the same at the gym, I can't follow orders...

      Congrats on your gains, man! Did you only follow this routine from March 30 to May 1? After how many days did you feel an increase in EQ?

        Yes, I only did that as an acclimation sort of thing but I feel like those aren't possible gains to maintain so I up my game and let's see how it goes.

        Edit: I felt a better EQ on the second day after doing only 20 jelqs.

          Alright! Good luck man. I only started this week. Already feeling better EQ(although porn fucked me up). Recovering from porn and gaining better EQ is my main goal right now, other gains will be bonus. Good to see many people in the beginner stage. Thought I'd be alone.

          Current, BPEL 6.85"-6.89" x MSEG 5.5"
