    Day 10:

    Today is an OFF day...

    *Ok Boxer and Eric, I'll leave the uli's out of my routine! I didn't do '100 ulis,' alone, I just meant that I threw 10-20 uli's into my routine yesterday... but I will definently take your advice and leave them out!! Thanks guys! I'm just going to enjoy my off day and relax!

      Hey man sorry I don't have the time to comb through your entire log, but what happened with hanging? Just give me a brief rundown of what you were doing before, weight, hanger, and duration, and what you're doing now that you've gone to manual!

        Hey Millia - thanks for being interested man, I appreciate it!

        - When I was hanging my first few days, I made a device using a sock and two shoe laces. (I found the concept on this site of coarse...) I have a 2lb thick copper ring on one end attached by a shoelace, and I used the second shoelace on the other end of the sock to tie the whole device behind my glans...

        - I would typically leave it on for increments of 5 minutes, letting it pendulum front to back and side to side. After the 5 minute mark, I would untie the device from behind my glans and do some helicopter shakes to get the blood flowing again. By the time I finished, I would say I did 4 sets of 5 minute sessions. (25 minutes total, 5 of those minutes being brakes...)

        *Currently I no longer hang. I was told it can give me harder gains in the future, and I'm only on my 11th PE day... I'm hoping my manual stretches are enough to get the job done also! I reaaallly hope I don't measure in 3 months and have nothing...

          Ah yes the sock hanger. What I first used to start hanging myself not too long ago.
          Well if this is only your 11th day PE'ing you made the wise choice to not continue with hanging. I'm not sure if it has helped or slow gains down for me, but I know that it has helped me gain indeed. If it has stopped, i don't know, and pray not. But I will only know as time passes
          If you keep a negative mindset about PE not working and you not gaining then you will probably not gain. Just believe that you are gaining and dont stress about it.
          Expect nothing and you will gain everything. That is what I do. I expect the least amount of gains (last I measured I only expected a .1 increase) and when I see that I gained more then that it is AWESOME (that time I ended up gaining .3) so you can imagine just how crucial it is for your mindset to be somewhat positive.
          What is your stretch routine? I am doing a great manual one right now while I cannot hang, once you have some more experience underneath your belt I'd recommend doing it before you get back into hanging.
          Your starting stats are awesome dude. Your starting out a lot bigger then I was starting at.

            Day 11 & 12:

            - These ended up being additional OFF days, (I'm not happy about 3 off days in a row,) but I wasn't home and didn't get to PE. I'm right back on the horse though today, and Day 13's post will come later tonight!!

              Day 13:

              - Today I was back to work on my PEing!!! My routine looked like this:

              1. Warm up with the rice sock for 15 minutes...
              2. Do manual DRY stretches with kegals...
              3. Hop in the shower immediately and warm up again for 5 minutes with washcloth...
              4. Wet jelq: About 60 regular jelqs, a bunch of rotaries, a bunch of A-stretches, helicopter shakes...
              5. Warm down!

              *It's tough for a beginner, because it's hard to know when I'm pulling too hard, or if my jelqing and reps will be enough... Can somebody give me some advice, if there's a way to know?? How can I know when I've had a good session!?

                  *I don't know anything about PI's yet Millia... I just know what 'turtling' is and I don't think I'm suffering from that... (But would 2 weeks be too early to tell??) I know I get a bit of discoloration sometimes, (like slight black/blue here and there, but not anything crazy looking,) - but that's about all I notice after a days workout... Thanks for replying too Millia, I want to learn as much as I can to have good gains!!

                    Day 14:

                    - Just ran through JP's standard "beginners routine" today... A warm up, dry stretches to get the ligs loose, jelqs in the shower... You know the drill! I really hope it's enough to see gains in 3 months time.

                        Just my input, your aims are realistic but it will require A LOT of dedication. Remember JP gained i think more than 3 and a half inches, but with the time and effort he put in you can understand the legendary gains. I'd suggest following the routine more closely i.e count your jelqs, no A stretches for now. The routine helped JP gain around 2 inches if I remember correctly. It IS a lot of jelqs but this is what will help you condition yourself, I'm a newbie myself, only 3 weeks in and I'm only doing half the jelqing, I'll increase to the full amount by the time I'm 6 weeks in. Like the guys before me have said, pay close attention to your PI', my flaccid hang has been much better since starting but these few nights the woodies that I've woken up with (sometimes several times throughout the night) have felt great. Having no time limit is a good thing to, like Millia was saying BE POSITIVE; focus on the journey, not the destination, and enjoy it, that's how many look at it. PE just becomes routine . Anyway more longwinded than I intended it to be but best of luck to you, be consistent, focused and also relaxed, don't be afraid to ask questions (should probably follow my own advice there), the community here is great and all the more experienced PE'ers are more than happy to help!                               Day 16:

                              - Thanks for all the replies guys! It feels good to have people following what I do, (because I also follow so many others!

                              + I read the article on PI's and decided to start taking it easier. I'm following JP's routine, but now I'm just not tugging nearly as hard... I'm hoping easing up will still result in a solid stretch. It's hard for me because although I'm cicumsized, I still have some skin up there and tend to lose my grip... Thank you Millia and Aidan, I need excellent advice from fellow PE'ers like you guys!

                              *Today was another day of JP's exercise routine:

                              1. Warm up with a rice sock for 15 minutes.
                              2. Dry stretching... (Rotaries, 'helicopter' shakes)
                              3. Hop directly into shower and warm up an additional 5 minutes with a wash cloth...
                              4. Wet jelq all directions, and kegel about 100 times.
                              5. Warm down 5 minutes...

                              Does this seem like a decent workout? This is literally what I've been doing every day... (2 days on, 2 days off.)

                              NOTE: I'm actually VERY proud that I've been keeping the ruler at bay lol. I haven't measured since I started my log, and I'm REALLY hoping that by the time you read "Day 90" at the top of a post, I gained something of some sort!!!

                                Looks good to me brother. If you have time you might want to try some edging occasionally https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...ing-101-a.html its a good way to top off your workouts
