If you're having trouble with your grip then what I do is get a "head swell" where you kegel so that your head fills with blood and then secure your OK grip behind the glans, that way you get a better grip, and you also will gain some potentially in head size as will.

Day 17:
*Standard JP day... Went through the basics. I'm having a tough time with my PI's, because it's hard to tell whether or not I'm turtling or anything related... I typically masturbate when I finish my routine so that I make sure my penis is still functioning lol, but so far - over two weeks in - it's hard to tell if I'm gaining any size. I don't want to measure until I hit the 90 day mark...

Hey Created hows things? Workouts lookin good man looks like you've settled right into it. Well done keeping the ruler at bay at first i was always taking cheeky measurements. You could always take a monthly measurement if you wanted man, just to see how things are coming along. But with your workout dude i see no reason why you won't get good results

- Thank you Eric and Millia! I really hope I see gains the first time I measure, because as of right now, my flaccid AND erect lengths look exactly the same... Does this seem pretty normal after the first couple weeks? It's hard to tell if I'm having a turtling issue, because my flaccid length is normally pretty small... The only difference I'm seeing so far with my regular flaccid size during the day, (on and off days,) is more vein protrusion... No noticable length.
But I haven't measured, and refuse to until the 90 day mark! Does any of that seem normal though guys??

Dude I still haven't seen much of an improvement in flaccid hang and I've been going at it HARD for 3-4 months. I mean I know it's not that good to say, but I don't give two shits about my small flaccid. It can stay at the 2"-3" or whatever it's at forever, as long as I get that ideal length (NBP 7.0" short term, NBP 8.0" long term) I'll be more than happy. And if I can get to my short term girth goal of 5.5" then I'm freakin' set. Flaccid doesn't mean shit man.
And as far as erect looks as well, it's more tricky. Your mind plays tricks on you. There's days I look down and I still see the 5.3" NBPEL that I started with, but I'm really a lot bigger then that. Same thing with girth, I look down and I feel as if I look smaller then when I first started, but I'm actually bigger. The mind is very tricky when it comes to your penis.It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

Day 19:
- Ran through JP's standard routine...
1. Warm up with a rice sock for 15 minutes.
2. Dry stretches to loosen up the ligs...
3. Hopped directly into shower, warmed up with washcloth for 5 minutes.
4. Wet jelqs... Standard and v-jelqs
5. Warm down for 5 minutes with washcloth
*I know what you mean Millia... I'd like to see a flaccid increase, but you're right: at the end of the day, my non-pressed erection length is the only thing that truley matters. That's sincerely the only size I care about, because my girth is already decent... I just want length, so that it's more pleasurable for a girl and it's something I can pull out and be proud of lol... 8" is MY goal too!

- Today is an OFF day!
*I think the hardest part of PE'ing for me so far is trusting that my routine is working... When you're a beginner, it's honestly hard to tell if you're gaining, and if the way you're stretching is as good as it's supposed to be. When I masturbate, I don't see any gains what-so-ever, but I still have no desire to measure until the 90 day mark!! Keep on trying...

Hello CreatedIn1985. Welcome to the PE Gym. I finally got a chance to sit down and read your log.
I am happy that you are following my routine. My only suggestion is; Do not masturbate after each session, cut down to once every 3 days.
You are depleting a lot of nutrients and I would advise you to take the supplements I recommend. Good luck and I will be following your progress. (jP

*Wow, thanks JP for stumbling across my thread!! When I first started PE'ing, (which I didn't even include in my log,) I spent the first week doing stretches AND hanging. I made up my own routine, but SOOO many people advised that I follow your 90 day program and leave the hanging alone - so I have been. I know that gains and techniques are something that nobody can "promise" will work, but I REALLY hope that my dedication will pay off. I hate being under 6"... I want to be big enough to skinny dip proudly lol, and I'll PE as long as I need to to get there... Thanks JP, Eric, Millia, EQ, and everyone who has helped me along the way. I'm trying to make my log nice, tidy, and easy to read on my entry days for future PE rookies who come across it. Labeling my days huge, etc... I'm genuinely a skeptic like so many, but not such a skeptic I won't try it - just skeptical that my penis can ever be bigger than it is... Let's find out!!

Day 22:
- Another day of JP's beginner routine, and it feels SO good to see my days racking up. I'm almost a month deep!! Today's routine was typical for me, but I feel like every single PE day, I get a little better at my exercises... Feel the stretch more, or find the littlest things that seem to make a difference when I'm jelqing and stuff... Day 22 was:
- Warm up for 15 minutes with a rice sock.
- Dry stretches and kegels, (20 quick counts.)
- Immediately into the shower, 5 minute re-warm up.
- Wet jelqing and V-jelqs... (100 count.)
- Warm down!
THE BIGGEST CHANGE IN MY ROUTINE, (starting TODAY,) is less masturbation. I suffer from "horny all the time" syndrome lol, and when I'm single, I masturbate excessively. I plan on trying to stop almost completely, because fellow PE'ers have shown me the articles about ejaculation, healing, and bigger gains coming from less masturbation. It will be tough, but I'll do whatever it takes to gain!!
