Meg is thicker than beg

I see everyone complaining how their base girth is thicker than their meg.
In my case my base girth is 5.3" and meg is 5.5 heg is 4.6.
How do i even out beg and heg with my meg?
Starting stats
Nbpel: 6.8
Bpel: 7.2
Beg: 5.2
Meg: 5.4
Heg: 4.4
22/06/18

Now 20/07/18
Nbpel: 6.8
Bpel: 7.3
Beg: 5.3
Meg: 5.5
Heg: 4.6
