  • My last post a year ago is very interesting

    So I tried a progress thread back then and it's interesting because
    1. My measurements were very wrong, I guess I was doing nbp or not full erection or something but whatever I know better now.
    2. I had a cool routine set up that involved edging after for 30 minutes. Can't do that yet, not enough control for that, no sir.
    3. said I would measure in a month to check progress. Didn't do that, cause I didn't continue it. But I learned how to measure right so my numbers did end up getting bigger I guess.

    I got a new routine, that's even simpler than the last so i can hopefully stick with it. And I got new goals. I also don't care as much about actually gaining at this point, I just want to be able to have consistency and follow through with this because it's something I want to do.

    But whatever, here are starting numbers and goals.

    Starting
    BPEL: 7.5"
    EG: 5.25"(Sometimes a little less. Between 5" and this number)
    Flacid: 3.75"-4"

    Goals
    BPEL: 8"
    EG: 5.5"

    What ever my flaccid does, that's fine.

    Day 1
    Helicopter shakes/5 minutes

    Jelq/15-20 Minutes

    yes that's how little I started with. Didn't even count reps just estimated how long I did it

    Day 2
    Stretches in all directions twice. I had a problem with getting erect while doing the whole moving it around while stretching so I just stretch it out/right/left/down/up at least for now.

    Heli/4, which means heli in right, and then heli in left for 1.

    Jelq/15, again, right and then left=1

    V Jelq/20

    so at this point I'm basically doing the JP90, but without warm up or down. I will add that eventually, but that's part of the reason I couldn't stick with it last time, so not yet.

    what should I do on rest days? I just masturbated on this because I'm getting off a bad habit of it being daily. since I started this however, I've only done it this day. so that's great!

      I said that my girth measurement was interesting because I'm fairly certain that I measured that right at least but I measured a few days ago as well as today and it ended up being the current numbers. Either I'm doing something wrong again somehow or I got it wrong last time or I miraculously gained from 2 days of extra light exercises lol. I'll keep checking on it cause i'm not really sure about these numbers. If it's not 5.25" then it's 5" though. Not a huge difference.

      Edit. It's anywhere between 5" and 5.25"

        Didn't do too much today. When stretching I noticed a very slight and faint pain at the base of my penis on the left side. Don't know what to do other than go very light tomorrow and be extremely careful.

          Was very cautious with the stretches today, had no pain, all was well.
          I tried being more consistent with my erection level when jelqing and keeping it closer to about 50%. Had to wait between just about every rep.

            Half the time I spend doing pe it's just waiting for my erection to go away. I tried jelqing at 50% again but every time, an erection followed. And if did it at less, it felt like I wasn't accomplishing anything. I have an easier time doing V Jelqs actually. I guess it's just too strange to stimulate me or something.

            I plan on adding warm up and down after my next rest day. It already takes me an hour+ per session, but I'll have to give it a try. It is important after all.


            Well, this is the longest I've ever stuck with pe so I'm happy about that! Although my routine is minimal and incomplete, and I haven't seen any kind of improvements hardly, I'm still doing the exercises every day that I should. So this is a victory for me! Now let's if I can make it to 20 days.

              Had some crazy strong erections yesterday. I'm used to masturbating them away the moment I get them but I didn't, so that was a battle.
              I also have noticed that my veins seem to be more pronounced or visible where they weren't before. Good sign?

              Heli/5 I've doing without conting revs but I have been doing basically 20 or above for each hand this whole time

              V Jelq/20 I have started to do these much slower, I have previously sped through them. I also alternate the direction I pull up in

              Hold Erection and Kegels/20 Minutes
              Instead of edging, I'll do this. I just kept my erection best I could, and kegeled best I could. I think I'll cut back on the kegels though. I tried to see how long I could hold it and how full I could get the erection but maybe it's too early for that? Anyway, I'll keep this idea in place of edging, since I want to stay away from masturbation when not on rest days.

                I was planning on increasing my reps after tomorrow but out of fear of injury, I'll actually be decreasing my jelqs to 15 each. Along with adding warm up and down to my routine, I'm hoping I'll be greatly reducing the risk of injury now.

                I have to not get carried away with gaining. That shouldn't even be my goal. My number 1 priority is Safety. Number 2 is Consistency. I'll stick with this for maybe a week, then increase reps.

                  Alright! So I finally got an entire routine going. Not a lot of reps, but all the steps are here now.

                  Two things happened today

                  1. I had trouble getting the erection going for the 20 minutes. It was good at first, had a really strong erection and held a good kegel but after that it just got worse. A reminder too, that I want to refrain from masturbation when not on rest days, so it's not like I have that as an option. It's not impossible to get a good erection though because it sure had no problem doing it while I was warming down. That was very annoying.

                  2. Got another pain on my left side. It showed up during my v jelqs this time, and it's less so on my shaft and more in my pad somewhere. I made sure to apply heat to that area afterwards. Speaking of heat.
                  The warm down felt absolutely amazing! Wow, really incredible relief for my member. It really needed that. If only it can stop thinking it's time for action, warming down will be my hands down favorite part of the routine.

                        I've looked at porn on two occasions today and I'm very disappointed with myself. I didn't masturbate, so that's good but I really shouldn't have looked at anything. I feel a sense of defeat. It won't happen again

                        Edit. I only allow myself porn on rest days when I also allow myself to masturbate. So that's why this upset me. I'm not going 100% nofap or noporn or anything like that. Not yet anyway.

                          I finally made it to the actual JP90 routine! The only changes from here on out will be eventual increase in reps! And possibly edging, I'm not so sure about that, really. Won't be any time soon anyway.

                          Execution-wise today was a Huge success! Stretches and helis went well. Had slight soreness during the stretches however. Today was my best day for jelqs, specifically the normal ones. I went extremely light and slow with them and because of that, I felt I had less of a problem with unwanted erections. V jelqs were a little tougher which is interesting because they were the easier ones before, but still had no real problem doing them. I tried going lighter but that seemed difficult because of the weird angle. Warm down is a godsend. Great pay off for completing yet another day of PE

                          I did have problems again though. The aforementioned soreness during the stretch and trouble getting fully erect following the workout. I don't have the problem now since I've had a few pretty solid erections since but that did worry me. I think it has something to do with those pc, pv? I don't know the name of those pelvic muscles but I'll have to research that.

                          I will also more than likely have an extended rest period in a few days. This works out for a few reasons. My unit might need more time to heal, then maybe the soreness and whatever other problems will go away. I will also not really have the privacy to do the exercises at all. I think a break would do me well anyway. By the way, I count rest days because that's another day that I could have decided to quit, but didn't. That's what happened to me twice already. So when I come back to my usual routine after these rest days and day 20 comes around, I'll be happy with myself.

                            My second rest day of 5. No soreness, no pain, nothing. Veins still seem enlarged. Still got good erections. I masturbated yesterday, but not today. I think I'll go ahead with that again tomorrow.
                            It's nice to just relax for once with PE. Hoping I won't get sore again once I continue with my routine. That would let me know I'm doing it right, now.

                              So my schedule is ever changing and I decided to have a little work out today. I'm visiting someone so it's not very easy to make the time for pe but I wanna do something and keep things up. I said I would come back on day 20 and I did!

                              I tried to focus on quality this time. Keeping my jelqs light and slow, and keeping my desired erection level. My veins have kept their 'gains' but my EQ wasn't so perfect. Everything seems fine though, just wish I could have had the warming periods.
