    Girth days are lovely. So much expansion, no bruising as I use to from overworking. I may have found a routine that fits. Fingers crossed for gains in the future.

    Measuring in Wednesday before PE for my 11/1 measurement. We'll see final measurements from previous routine and a solid baseline to measure this new one against and will be sure to get good pics for the boys and future progress pics.

      Not sure what the **** is going on with my measurements but it's becoming QUITE frustrating. This may be the breaking point where I throw rulers away and just work. What a bummer. Very angry, quite let down.

      Breathe... into the extender I go. Maybe it's the weather.

        Well I think it doesnt make sense at all.
        Did you replicate the measurements properly?
        Good room temperature?

          As similar as I could make them. Temperature, posture, same ruler, I've even lost a little weight, solid EQ, warmed up / stretched out a little bit prior to measure.

          I believe my option is to just not measure. I have decent starting pictures that are proof of my starting size, clearly bigger than what I came in at today, same position.

          This is the second month in a row my size has 'decreased' at least for what the ruler shows.

            Thats strange.
            I would suggest to make a break for at least 7 days, maybe some really light stretching, and jelqing.
            You mentioned high fatigue. I'm not a PE expert, but for me this sounds like overtraining.

              Moving past yesterday and onward. Good girth workout today.

                Why is it so hard to stay porn free my brothers? Why is my mentality so weak? Today restarts the timer, having had made it 12 days, the longest in 9 years. We turn the clocks back to 0. Progress, not perfection. The girlfriend also noticed something was 'off' afterwards. I was so down and full of anger at myself after I caved.

                Next goal is 21 days, starting today.

                  I gave up trying to stay off porn. However, my temptation to watch it has worn off slightly after receiving mental health consultation.

                    While i have never really had issues with porn i do try to stay away fro the hard stuff . I have found this can have a negative effect even on a none addict.

                        Will do.

                        I'm taking a week off of PE, based on feedback I've received here and conversations with Pegasus. I'm willing to treat my measurement symptoms as over training and will be back at it this upcoming Sunday.

                        I'm already wondering what I'll do with my free time this week

                          Cold showers were reinstated today. Mind over matter. If anyone else practices cold showers, I've found it helps me to play a specific song while I'm doing it. I then focus on just singing the song, start to finish. It's surprising how hard it is to focus on singing a song when you're in the cold but really emphasises focus.

                              Thanks, but it's about to be knocked down a notch. Despite conditioning and some time under my belt, I believe this is way too much and leaves me borderline injury. Taking a week off currently to heal and reassess routine.

                                My size has recovered. One week off of PE and my dick has returned to its normal size, plus a little something so that feels good. Currently at 7.125" x 5.2" BPELxMEG. Not adjusting November logged stats but hopefully December's will not be hindered by over training.

                                Thanks to Pegasus for the recommended time off. It was hard to step away from PE, but worth it. Time to reassess and get back to work.
