      One thing I have noticed that the EG got stagnant so I made measurements and noticed it to a close raise of the penis glans. Although the length gains are constant, I believe that the focus of the exercises on length has helped in this.

          Looks with my short PE time, I have noticed that using the following maximizes gains and improved my EQ:


          Routine:
          > warm up 5min;
          > jelq 5min up; jelq 5min down, jelq 5min up, jelq down; (20 min)
          > stretching all directions 30s 4 sets


          Now the reason for stretching after the jelq is that I do not feel the sensation of any pain, all exercises performed with low tension. Put it in your mind slowly and always !!!

            Now I'm training not to ejaculate more in sex so as not to affect my development in PE. Yesterday 45 min of sex without ejaculating.

              Today I did a quick measurement to confirm that the MEG apparently stagnated, but here are the measures:


              bpel: 15.9 (6.25 ")
              nbpel: 14.0 (5.51 ") Missing 0.5" for my target of 6 "
              meg: 14.6 (5.74 ") (it's getting more uniform, it probably takes over 1 year for the 6" target)

                  I ended up talking to my wife about my PE, she said now I understand why it takes so long in the bathroom kkkk. Another detail is that continues the girth without change, now the penis size has undergone constant change.

                      An update: I just made a measurement and hit nbepl 14.2 cm (5.59 ") and bpel 16.0 cm (6.30"), I'm very happy to achieve a 1 "gain in nbpel. it would be so fast, but I will continue training until I reach my goal of nbpel 6 "x meg 6".
                      Now the girth remains unchanged. It probably interfered with the gains the jelq down.

                      Total earnings
                      NBPEL11.6cm (4.56 ") >> 14,2 cm (5.59") +1,03" (2 months and 13 days)
                      BPEL 13.9 (5.47 ") >> 16,0 cm (6.30") +0.83"
                      MEG 13.3 (5.23 ") >> 14,6 cm (5.74) +0.51"

                            Today I made a measurement of bpel 16.3 cm (6.41 ") a gain of 0.94". As for unchanged girth I believe I will stay stagnant while focusing on length.
