    Hi dear PEGym'ers.

Last week I decided to give PE a shot and started to search for information. Then I found out this site. I was mesmerized by the information and the support pegym community provides. So I registered and decided to start my process log.

I haven't done any PE before so I looked at the PE routines that are more suitable for beginners. Then I came across Jon Pop's Routine, learned many people got great results with it and decided to start my journey with this routine.

My starting stats are 6.1" BPEL and 5.4" EG. I want to reach 7.0" BPEL and 5.8" EG by the end of Jan. '19. I will try to update every sunday and give information on what went good and what went bad throughout the week.

The routine ( 5 days on 2 days of):
Warming up in the shower. (10 min)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
Stretch to the left. (25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels while holding the stretch)
Big circle stretches. (10 for left side + 10 for right side)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
Stretch to the right. (25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels while holding the stretch)
Big circle stretches. (10 for left side + 10 for right side)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
Stretch straight out. (25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels while holding the stretch)
Big circle stretches. (10 for left side + 10 for right side)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
Stretch straight up. (25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels while holding the stretch)
Big circle stretches. (10 for left side + 10 for right side)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
Stretch straight down. (25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels while holding the stretch)
Big circle stretches. (10 for left side + 10 for right side)
    Helicopter shakes. (20 clockwise+ 20 counterclockwise)
50 Wet Jelqs + 30 "V" Jelqs. (Do it 3 times) (1 jelq means, 1 jelq with right hand +1 jelq with left hand)
    Warm down (5 min)

    Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for joining and starting a log.

As you have seen there is a lot of information here so keep reading and ask questions. The START HERE! link at the upper left of the page has a lot of great information in it to help get you started off.

    Good luck.

I'm sooo close! Not saying it's 7" (17.8cm) until I'm like 7.08" (18cm) haha just for good measure (pun intended).

Today after I finished warming up in the shower I realized that my testicles were also warmed up which may be dangerous for fertility in the long run. So from now on I will warm up using the warm washcloth method to prevent my testicles from heating up. Also, I had a hard time maintaining my erection while jelqing. I will do edging this night and see if it helps on tomorrows session.

              Welcome to the forum.

For warm ups I use a rice sock. Warm it up in the microwave for 50 seconds and it stays warm for a long time. I wrap it around my penis for the desired amount of time and then start my routine. I had a smaller rice sock that only took 30 seconds to heat up. You’ll have to experiment to see what is best if you decide to go that route. I made my rice sock. It’s simple. Poor uncooked rice in sock and tie the sock off with a string.
              Start: 9/23/2007
              BPEL: 5.9"
              BEG: 5.4"
              FL: 3"

              Current:
              BPEL: 7"
              BPFSL: 7.2"
              BEG: 5.9", MEG: 5.4"

Thanks for the advice mailman. I do not own a microwave right now but as soon as I get it I will try your method. It is a better method since, the rice sock retains heat much better than the washcloth.
