  • Ahh managed 2.5 hours in the extender.

    Finished up 250 jelqs, 100 v jelqs and 10x10sec squeezes.

    260.5 hours extending.

    • Rest day yesterday.

      Today -

      Jp90 style stretches 3x30 seconds

      Now sat in extender for as long as I can take

      I'll do some bundles and assisted stretches in between extentions

      When I finish I'll do a jelq session and squeeze.

      So I haven't changed my sig yet but I'll measure again this weekend and I'll update if I'm still 8.1

          More because it proves to me that this is the routine for me. I'm just going to keep going now man. Go for gold. If it drys up I'm sold on hanging next. Then once that's done, I'm done. Girth girth girth after that.

          I've set my sights at 8.25 with my current routine. See how it goes.

              12 til 12 o clock directional stretches 2 sets of 30 seconds

              Straight out 3 sets of 30

              Reverse assisted stretches 3x30

              Bundled stretches 2 sets of 30 each side

              All the way rounds 40 each way

              Now sat in extender for as long as I can take. I'll do some pulls between extentions.

              Will do some jelqs and v jelqs aftwrwards.


              I should mention I do regular and reverse kegals either before or after sessions. Sometimes I do them randomly through the day. On average I do it 4 times a week for 100 to 150 reps back and forward.

              • Managed 1.5 hours today. Very uncomfortable today. Going to have tomorrow off extending.

                After extender I did

                200 jelqs 100 v jelqs and 25-5 second squeezes.

                3x30 assisted stretches
                Behind the cheeks 3 sets each side of 30 seconds

                I'm sat here kegaling now 100 regular and 100 reverse.

                  • Ended up having a couple of days off due to work mainly. Just didn't get a chance.

                    Back to it today.

                      • Only managed an hour in extender because of kids kicking off lol.

                        Plus my 2 hours yesterday.

                        I did 3 sets of assisted stretches and 3 sets of bundles. Haven't managed to do my jelqs. No problem though. I'll make up for it.

                        I'm going to do some pulls throughout the evening until bed time. I'm on a promise tonight so the PE is still on!

                          • OK good session.

                            I did over 2.5 hours in the extender today.

                            I discovered a good trick today. I'm guessing it's already been discussed on the forum before. I tend to extend to the point where I can't keep my glans from slipping even when I re adjust back in it at low tension. It's been giving on me at roughly the 2 hour mark. Anyway I changed things up a bit and did 50 quick low erection jelqs between each fitting. So I did 50 before putting it on, 50 after an hour then 50 after 2 hours then 50 after half hour then got about 15 mins. I could of pretty much carried on for another 2 hours at least with this method. It plumps up the glands nicely and keeps the shaft soft. Now I know, this is what I'll do in future. I only stopped because of time restraints today.

                            After I finished extending I did 3 to of 30 second assisted stretches and 2 sets of bundles each way.

                            I finished up my pe with 150 jelqs and 100 v jelqs.

                            Straight in a nice bath after that. My unit feels great now.

                              My session thus far.

                              12 o clock to 12 o clock directional stretches 2x30

                              Straight out 3x30

                              50 jelqs then fitted in extender for as long as I can take.

                              I will do 50 jelqs in between extentions.

                              When I'm done ill do some assisted stretches and bundles and finish up with more jelqs.

                              I forgot to add on my extending hours yesterday.

                              • OK so I managed just over 2 hours extending. I did 3 sets of 50 jelqs in between and 50 v jelqs. On my last half hour of extending I saw blood! Nooooo!

                                I took the extender off and cleaned off the blood. It looked worse than it was. There's a very small pin prick dot on my glans where it came from. No pain.

                                I'm not sure whether the jelqing has contributed to it or whether it's just a result of ramping up the tension on the extender. Either way I'll probably have a break from the extender tomorow.

                                I did 3 sets of assisted stretches and bundles after I finished everything. I didn't bother doing jelqs.

                                I bloody hate extending. I really want to call it a day on extending but unfortunately it works.

                                I'm quite happy with my length these days so I'll probably quit extending at the end of this cycle and move on to hanging to try and gain some bonus length.
