    IWBB's Progress and Log

    Summary
    • Started PE 8.20.2018 with JP90
    • Had issues with privacy after 45 days and started to use a cheap ADS
    • Started JP90 again today (10.11.2018)
    • I have gained 0.25" of BPEL so far (I use measuring stick with marker)
    • My goal is to gain length

Plan is to continue the JP90 for another 45 days if possible. I will do the program 4 on - 1 off for one week and then switch to 5 on - 1 off for the rest of the training weeks.

    10.11.2018
    JP90

First I warmed up with hot towel for 10 minutes.
    Then I stretched.
    Then I jelqed 50 times.
    Then I V-jelqed 30 times.
I practiced both conventional jelqs and V jelqs 3 times. (150 jelqs and 90 V-jelqs)
At last, I warmed down with hot towel for 6-8 minutes.

The session was good. I don't notice any pain or discomfort, only very mild stretch on my ligaments.
Started my journey last year and got some gains. Then I quit due to lack of motivation and time. Now I'm back more dedicated and with a little bit different approach!
First goal: gaining back the results I got last year! And going beyond!

    Hey IWBB,

I see you started on the very same day as I did (I actually restarted my PE after 4+ years). Feel free to checkout my progress log here as well.
How long does your stretching take? When I fist started my PE I had a rule I would never go more then 3 days in row. I hope you will not over train your unit - hopefully it will have time to grow with so little rest.

      Hi petrpan!

Yes I also started 20.8. I have a little history with PE (tried it briefly back in 2016, I had wrong technique and got no gains back then.)
My stretching time? Actually, it changes. I've got very good EQ and usually I must take couple of breaks during my stretches so I don't go overboard with the erection level (I try to keep it under 30% if possible). So it may sometimes take 10-15 minutes to complete the stretches with all the pauses.

I actually tried the 3 on - 1 off when I started and I was getting positive PI's. So I am confident that I can train 4 on - 1 off. I will start the 5 on - 1 off carefully and watch my PI's.

        14.10.
I've continued the JP90 with good PI's. About 10 minutes of warm-up and 6-8 minutes of warm-down almost every time. I've invested into the quality of the exercises and try not to rush them.
15.10 will be my first rest day after my JP90 restart.

        Good luck everyone!

Rest day. Possibly just got the hardest one ever and ran to get the measuring stick. I pushed it and for a second my member was much further on the stick than before...could be EQ gains but still. It was like 0.5" from the original and 0.25" from the last measurement. I am so happy right now! I'll do more measurements later this week to see if it's mistake or not.

            Back to the business!

Started my PE journey again and searched for the same 'ol measuring stick! Seems like I've lost all of the gains, but I'm happy to be starting my journey again!
This time I'm using a little bit different approach: I've done the JP90 for 10 days and also incorporated some kegel training for the rest days. I do 5 minutes of both. I will drop the kegels if I see any negative PI's.

            Happy to be here!

I've been increasing the overall intensity of my JP90 workouts, most notably the jelq portion.

For the first days, I only did the stretches. Then after the day 5, I added one set of both jelqs. 50 conventional and 30 V-jelqs. Then after day 8 I added more jelqs and did a total of 100 jelqs and 60 V-jelqs every workout.
Now I added the third set, so I completed a total of 150 conventional jelqs and 90 V-jelqs.

Also added in some better lube and got incredible flaccid hang! It lasted for around 15-20 minutes after the workout.

Had one of my JP90 workouts today. I emphasized the duration and quality of the jelqs this time. I tried to count to 3 or 4 per jelq. Reminder for my self: be patient with the jelqs, results take time!

This workout must've been the most intense one I've done so far, but not in a bad way! Also the flaccid hang, and this time also the flaccid girth was good. I'm very careful with the PI's but this time I just felt this strong, but good pulling sensation down there after the workout. Tomorrow will be rest day, how convenient.

I had two quality workouts. Very nice flaccid hang. No turtling. I'm going strong and I'm going good!

Also found a funny and strange things about my unit; my BPFSL is like 1.5" or sometimes even 2.0" shorter than my BPEL. For most people it seems to be about the same as their BPEL. Funny how people are different

My workouts have been point on- good stretched feeling and no paint or any other negative PI's.
