  • no progress,please help

Hello everyone, I would like some help with my routine as I seem to not get any gains from what I have been doing, for the last 2 years I've tried manual exercises, pump, hanging, extender, I haven't gained anything (I wasn't consistent so maybe it's that, anyway I would like to ask for some help), I started with 2 months of manuals, after not seeing any gains I switched to pumping, still no results, then to hanging (I was hanging 3 hours a day,1 h in the morning , 1 in the afternoon , 1 at night , with 5 kg , still no results , then I bought an extender and still no results, I recenly started again with the extender , I wanna do 7 hours a day but I just need to know there will be results, I am open to suggestions (should I stop masturbating to see gains ? I do masturbate kind of often) ,I will post some pictures with the extender,I hope someone can help me

Are you measuring bone pressed erect length with a hard ruler, and are you keeping a log or pics as a reference? I only ask because it's possible you are actually gaining but have a flawed measuring system so all of your results are within that margin of error. I'm vac hanging almost 6 kg for about 1.5 hours a day (more when possible), and about 2 kg for several hours while I sleep, and I'm lucky to get one eight inch in a 1-2 month timespan. It's easily missed if I measure without BPEL or if I have a weaker erection the second time around. And if I trusted my brain to track my gains just by eyeballing it, I would've given up a long time ago. It's so gradual that it's not consciously noticeable until one day you feel huge.

As for masturbation, if that prevented PE I never would have made progress lol. I'd say it's necessary sometimes for me just to get rid of my arousal so I can hang in peace.

First of all, thank you for answering , I would like to say that I have not given up yet and am still using the extender , I have taken proper measurements at the start of this month and will take other ones at the end of november (in about a month and a half), from what I could tell there were no bpel gains but I will confirm everything at the end of november, I don't want too much, I'm aiming at 2 cm in length (if it takes 6 months I don't mind as long as it works) , my stats are BPEL - 17cm NBPEL 14.5 - 15 cm, like I said I just want to see that it will work and if anyone has any tips that they discovered I am open to suggestions, thanks again for the reply

Warming up before a session with a microwaved rice sock or other form of heat could loosen you up and help make gains, and if you're getting a good stretch in with your extender you should be feeling some fatigue in your ligaments when you are done, which is a different feeling than pain or soreness on the outside skin from the device. If you're feeling that you know it's working. Also make sure you are taking your safety breaks with a noose system like that because you are cutting off blood flow to the head, so be careful not to overdo it.

I'd recommend measuring once a week and logging it, either here or in a journal, because it will give you more data to notice any upward trends and eliminate outlier measurements. Hopefully you'll notice a positive trend before your goal at the end of November. As long as you are consistent, don't hurt yourself and are measuring correctly, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't gain in that time period. 2 cm in six months may be too optimistic, at least based on my experience. I'd say 9-12 months would be more achievable, but everyone has their own growth threshold so it's not impossible.

I started on a noose type extender like you are wearing in your album and made some gains with it, but switched to a vacuum chamber instead because the noose was just too uncomfortable and I couldn't wear it long enough to make gains because of that. I bought a system for less than 50 bucks that was no frills. Just the chamber, an elastic leg band for wearable stretching, and a plastic adapter so I could use it on the extender I already owned. I ended up converting it into a hanging device and went from there, but I made great gains with a vac system and would recommend it. I have an album of what I use now if you want to get an idea of what my routine is.

It seems like there's plenty of guys who've made gains with noose extenders, pumps, or jelqing/stretching, so there's no one right way to do it, but hopefully you find a routine that works for you and stick with it long enough to make measurable progress. Good luck!

I would like to try a vac chamber but I've read from that people lost gains once they stopped using it; yes the noose isn't too pleasant to wear but I do hope if I will see gains like in the studies at I won't lose them,or at least I can maintain the gains by doing a manual routine once or twice a week, anyway I will think of this once I start seeing gains, thanks for the advice

For what it's worth, my longest break from vac hanging was probably two months and I only lost 1/8" length that I hadn't cemented in yet.

I will definitely give it a try as maybe to accelerate the growing process, but I think this will be after november, I just wanna see if I manage to get some gains in these 2 months because it's the first time I've used the extender with so many rods (before I was using it at about 1 cm less ) so I really wanna see if in two months I can get at least 0.5 cm just so I can confirm it gives me the results I want, then it can take me a year for the other 1.5 cm , I just wanna be sure what I'm doing is good, that's the reason I added the photos, maybe if someone saw that I was using the extender wrong or with the wrong tension he could inform me

So no progress yet? I am in similar situation, only i been trying for 1 year. I gained almost an inch of girth from first month of extender, then i ditched it and tried stretches for sever months, then decon 1.5 months, then hanging for 3-4 more months, 0 results. I am stuck at NBPEL 6 x EG 5.1. Now i included olive oil + vitamin c jelqing altho i hate oil on my skin, will try this for at least few weeks to see if any luck.
