    I was going to do 3 sets of hangs, but I'm still having trouble rigging it so that it stays on and doesn't make my dick purple by the end. Just taking it slow til I get it right.

      You do an insane amount of edging, what's the purpose of that? 2 and a half hours seems extremely excessive. job so far either way it seems like you're already getting results

        The length I did last night is atypical for the edging, I just had the time and frankly, I enjoy it.

        There's also an extremely anecdotal bit of information I choose to believe, despite what the resources here might indicate, and that's that the long-duration edging has contributed to my dick being longer and thicker. In college I measured my dick (as young men do). I don't know the exact measurement, but I believe it was 6" and change, maybe 6.25". Now this wasn't bone pressed, so let's assume this added another .25" inches (i'm skinny) and call it 6.5" BPEL. In any case, it was definitely NOT 7"+ like it was when I started PE almost a month ago, as all I would have done is brag about that as a 21 year old in a fraternity.

        So, likely 6.5" BPEL all the way through my to my late 20's, then I discover edging and do it because I enjoy it and the pornstar-level ejaculation that comes with it, so not for PE. I don't do it with any regularity until maybe 4 years or so ago. I start to "feel" thicker (I don't have an earlier girth measurement though), look bigger, wife starts getting "sore" much earlier during sex, and this is all with totally unregimented do-it-whenever-you-feel-like edging, sometimes for very long periods of time, staying extremely hard for hours sometimes. Fast forward to 4 weeks ago where I measure my dick for the first time in a 15-20 years, and I'm 7.1" x 5.375" with ABSOLUTELY nothing else that could be considered PE exercises.

        Sooooo.... I like edging and I personally believe that, at the very least for me, works as a length and girth enhancing exercise when done in long duration. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

          That's it. Overdue for a rest day. Things are feeling good, though the skin on my penis is slightly achy, likely from all the edging I'm doing lately. In any case, giving the man a rest today.

            * 2.5lb sock hang SD for 1 x 12, 2 x 15 minute sets
            * 200 side-to-side stretches
            * 60 minutes of edging

            Sock dropped off me 3 times within about 3 or 4 minutes of starting to hang before I seemed to get it configured well enough. Got in 3 solid sets this time. The stretch feels good, but not great. Not sure if this means 2.5lb is not enough weight or if my rig is bad. I'll experiment a bit an see how it impacts the stretch.

              * sock hang SD: 2.5lb for 15 minutes, 3.5lb for 15 minutes, 5lb for 15 minutes
              * 200 side-to-side stretches
              * 45 minutes edging

              Just testing the waters with the weights on hanging to see how they feel.

                    Good god damn! Didn't have tape handy for girth measurement, but length...

                    7.5"!!!

                    My one month anniversary of PE and I've already added 1/2"! Whether it's EQ or legit length, I don't care. All I know is I'm sticking with it and seeing how far this goes. I just need to mentally prepare myself now for when these beginner gains slam on the brakes.

                    I know these questions will probably be answered by "could be", but do beginner gains come faster and in more abundance for those of us starting with larger beginning sizes? Is that why I had to use 5lb on hang to really feel any kind of stretch?

                      All i know is that beginner gains comes faster thats for sure . Almost same process like bodybuilding . When your muscle is not used to it , it will be damaged more and repair , after some time get use to it , and then you should change your routine to shock it to grow it again . I believe in this and works for me so far in the gym .

                                Just for fun I measured my 10/10 edged cock and came a sliver shy of 7.75"! Not an official measurement since those are done un-edged, but awesome just the same.
