Week 12 came and went, and I once again forgot to post it on time. But here it is:

At the end of week 12 was the measurement day for december (12/15). That went well. Gained 2mm in length and 1mm in girth, so that's looking great!

Week 13 also came and went, but it was plagued by injury. I'm now midway through week 14. I've learned that wrapping while erect is the way to go, so that is what I'm doing from now on. We'll see. God, blisters suck.
