    Finished my JP90 routine and 4 sets of 5 minute clamping sessions with some edging at the end. I am starting to feel less sensitive and requiring more edging to get to the PONR. Feels good, I still want to bust a nut, but will continue to hold this in. It's been about 3 1/2 weeks so far for me and I'm gonna keep going strong.

        I got my ADS in the mail yesterday and had a busy day didn't get to do my JP90 routine. Use the ADS for a few hours though, everytime I took it off my dick would be EXTREMELY skinny and a longer but my natural flaccid girth was less. This is obviously due to the fact that my dick was being stretched out for long periods of time. Today I did my JP90 routine and holy shit I had 9/10 EQ felt like anymore than that and my penis would have bursted through the skin. Couldn't do any jelqs without being 100% EQ. (I still haven't ejaculated/masturbated/had sex it's been about a month now.) So I did my JP90 slowly and finished then I did 3 sets of 5 minutes of clamping. After that threw on my ADS. Got a pump coming in the mail as well. Not sure if I should continue with the manual routine now that I have all this equipment. Going to see how long I can keep it up with the manual routine. I can tell GAINS ARE COMING IN HOT! I feel as if I'm going to make double the progress I've made this whole time from manual PE alone.

          Forgot to log yesterday. I did my JP90 routine got a good stretch in and felt really curious to check out my BPFSL I've had it lingering in my head the past couple weeks since I feel longer, but I just kept thinking about it. At the time of measurement I honestly didn't feel like I was stretching as far as I could go and if I tugged a bit harder or got even warmer I could have gotten a larger measurement. Nevertheless, I measured at an astonishing 7.75" BPFSL!!! I'm very pleased to know that gains are coming at an accelerated rate. Didn't do my clamping workout yesterday, just the JP90 and after I did some stretches then hooked up my ADS as I went to bed. Woke up with a nice extended dick took it off to give myself a break. Not really going by hours, going by feel. If it feels like I should take it off I will don't want to play russian roulette with my dick. Also, I ordered a pump still waiting on that to come I hope it isn't too small. I would want to pump more for length than girth, so I'm not sure if I purchased the right pump. Right now I've accumulated a bunch of PE equipment all in a short period of time going from just manual work. Need to figure out some balance for it all as I'm sure the "more is better" principle doesn't really apply here. Still haven't ejaculated in anyway shape or form, starting to really feel the "superpower" of semen retention and even when I edge and I just want to get past that PONR I realize it's really not worth all the mental/physical benefits I get to be thrown away for some momentary pleasure.

                    My bathmate came in the mail today!!! Was extremely excited to use it. I didn't clamp because of it. I used my pump for the first time after my JP90 routine, got a solid 5-7 minutes with it before I started to get a painful feeling and immediately opened it. I had a ridiculous 11/10 EQ in the pump felt INSANE! I realized pumping is a skill and I need to slowly ease my way up over time and become efficient with it while staying safe. Slapped on my ADS right after my PE routine and now I'm going to bed. I can smell accelerated gains coming with the addition of these toys. I want to measure tomorrow and see where I'm at BPEL/EG to see the effect of using ADS and pumping relative to my gains so far from only manual PE. Also, had a really close call today wanted to masturbate to porn so extremely badly in my head I had the intention of allowing myself to ejaculate just once since it's been over 5 weeks at this point. I couldn't break my streak, willpower came in and stopped me. At this point I'm feeling very sexually starved and the only time I can truly make use of this sexual frustration is with my workouts I'm 1000x more aggressive and relentless.

                      Didn't get to measure my BPEL/EG today felt like I didn't have the desire to measure. Which is weird, usually I have to fight the urge to measure, I guess I'm starting to really go past worrying about the destination and focusing on the journey. Did my JP90 routine and 6 minutes of pumping, finishing the night off with slapping on my ADS before I sleep. Still haven't masturbated or ejaculated or had sex. Remembering yesterday, I felt RIDICULOUSLY horny and wanted NOTHING more badly than porn and masturbation. I felt like I had an invisible force help me not give up that day. It was very weird, I was decided on giving in and masturbating. But, I didn't and it felt very good.

                        Missed the last few days of my PE routine. Just got back on it, did my JP90 and did my 5 minutes of pumping. I ended my streak, it was 6 weeks and 1 day without ejaculating. I ended up fucking my ex yesterday and today I masturbated about 3x. I noticed something that never happened before when I watched porn, I would be able to ejaculate and still have an erection. This time, I ejaculated and immediately afterwards my erection went soft VERY quickly.

                              Been falling off and back on with my routine not too happy about it. It's saturday and I usually do my PE routine throughout the week and take weekends off, but since the past two weeks I've been really intermittent I decided to work some today. Did my usual JP90 routine and about 10 minutes of pumping. Gonna finish with ADS overnight.

                                Been following your progress and your dedication is pretty outstanding! I can only go about a week before having to master bate or have sex with my girl. But besides that I edge and find the bathmate gives me a great stretch and pump. How much did you increase time /pressure with the pump? I try to add another minute every day or so, but can’t seem to get passed 10 min.
