2019 is essentially just around the corner (5 hours left as of me writing this). This idea of creating a progress log of sorts for P.E has been on my mind for a while now and, since I do not have really any resolutions, I figured I might start one as of right now.
Starting stats: Length (NBPEL) : 6.0 inches
Girth : 6.0 inches.
Goals for the end of 2019: Length (NBPEL) : 7.0 inches
Girth : >6.0 inches.
Quit porn completely
I am quite happy with my girth, however, it will most likely increase indirectly due to me working on length...
It has been a while since I have watched any sort of pornography, however, the need is still there sometimes and I wish to eliminate the last stains of my addiction...
I do a rather specific routine where my off days are only Monday, Wednesday and Sunday (usually it is Monday and Wednesday, I don't P.E. on Sunday due to the lack of privacy or if I overdid something on the previous workouts and need some more recovery time)
My routine consists of:
10 minute warm up
Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
10 minutes of jelqing (will be adding 15 seconds every month)
20 minutes of edging (will be adding 2.5 minutes every month)
2.5 minutes of cooldown
I will be doing some light stretching, bed fowfers to get the blood going and 120 regular and reverse kegels 1 day
on and 1 day off.
I will be completely abstaining from masturbation (outside of P.E, at least.) every day to let the penis recover better.
I will be measuring my morning wood every 2 ish weeks to see if I have made any results.

I have a question, however. Should I limit the posting to once a week, once every 3 days? So I dont spam the thread and maybe cause unwanted strain on the site?
