    Hey all,

    I'm starting this log to keep up with my routines and progress with enlargement and premature ejaculation.
    I'm starting my 6th week of a newbie style routine. Just focused on getting back in to the swing of things and getting conditioned. I will probably keep at it for 8 weeks total, measure, and start adding some different techniques in the mix

    My routine:
    2 on 1 off
    10 minute warmup
    5 min stretch(5 way, 30s each x 2, +5s every week)
    10 min jelq(+2 min each week up to 20min)
    Edging

    Notice I've left kegels off my routine. I'm struggling with pretty bad premature ejaculation and I believe the source is a tight pelvic floor along with overly strong bc muscle. Im still working my way through the pre e forum stickies and piecing together a solid routine for it. Once I have something in place I will update here

    Little update to my my routine. I started adding in some pelvic floor stretching. I'm just starting with what I feel is fairly basic for now and I will increase effort or add more techniques if needed.

    Daytime:
    Slight RK throughout the day when possible
    1 min firm RK every hour or so

    Night after Stretching/edging:
    5 min Hindi Squat
    10 min pillow stretch

    I also realized I forgot to post starting stats and goals for enlargement.

    Starting measurement:
    BPEL: 6.25"
    EG BASE: 5"
    EG MID: 4.75"

    First goal:
    7x5.5

      Still working through my routine.. I've stopped increasing stretching time at 10 minutes but have increased tension. I've also decreased jelq time to 15min as it seems to be the sweet spot for plump hang the next day.

      I've decided I'm going to add pumping to the mix starting week 9. I've hung and clamped in the past but never pumped. I've always been intrigued by it and it seems like some of the top gainers have used pumping along the way. So I'll give it a shot.
      I've got a pump 1.75" tube with pump and gage heading my way. I plan to continue with the 10 min of manual stretching, pump, then jelq. I'll update further once I start.

      My rk, pillow, hindi stretch routine seems to be coming along well. I find it easier to rk without overly flexing my abs and can hold a rk while walking without much difficulty. Other movements like stairs are still hit or miss but progress takes time. Ive been throwing porn in to my edging occasionally to increase the excitement level to make it harder to stay relaxed and fight involuntarily kegels and I'm making progress there. The other night I made 30 minutes with only 2 pauses at ponr where usually I'd have 5+ stops to make it that long IF I even made it.

        Still find the RK very confusing!!! But I know I'm not alone. What is the pillow stretch?

        Also, what pump did you order? I recently got a 1.75 Leluv and love it, thought I haven't formally introduced it to my routine yet. Waiting to get longer through my beginner routine to be fully conditioned.

          It's taken me a little bit of practice to get rk's somewhat down. Best thing I found was to do a slight kegel to feel the pelvic floor move "up" then release straight into an rk. After some time with that I could just go straight into an rk without the regular kegel to start.

          I got the leluv with brass pump and gauge. In my previous experience with pe I always had to throw some serious stress at it to make progress and I'd imagine nothing will have changed with being older.

            Finished up my 8th week of my beginner routine the other night and sadly I haven't seen any gains so far but I honestly didn't expect to. I've always had a tough time getting gains kick started.
            I'm going to start using my pump along with a manual stretching and jelqing routine today. The first few weeks while getting conditioned to the pump I'll stick with regular 5 direction stretches then as I get conditioned I believe I will start incorporating fulcrum and/or bundled stretches to loosen the CC before pumping to hopefully aid in expansion.

              Also I did measure my BPSFL so I can keep track of it as well. I wish I had measured it in the beginning but I'll check it from now on.

                My routine has been fairly inconsistent over the past month. I've been having to do quite a bit of air travel for work so the pump has been left at home for those trips.
                When I'm home or doing my usual traveling by car I've been stretching, pumping, and jelqing and when it's air travel I've been doing stretching jelqing and squeezes.

                I believe I'm done with air travel for a while so hopefully I can get consistent with pumping as I believe I'll get some good gains from it if I can get conditioned and increased the time in the cylinder. Right now with using it one week then skipping a week I'm staying conservative on times.

                I may look in to a different tube for now since my primary goal is length at the moment. With my base girth being thicker than midshaft I pack the 1.75 tube for the first few inches then lose it midshaft through tip and I feel like I'm leaving length expansion on the table. I might drop to a 1.5" tube or a 1.6 if I can find one.

                  My current routine is
                  10 min stretching- up, left, right, down, out
                  5 min bundled stretch- 180 deg left and right
                  Pumping @5hg - started at 10 min, increasing weekly
                  10 min jelqing

                  I'll get some measurements once I make it to 30 min/day pumping which will be several weeks from now. I think by then it will have been long enough with consistent pumping to justify measurements.
