I'm just coming back from a 2 month deconditioning break because I really needed it. I was just frustrated. I'm now changing my approach completely. Before I was doing all manual and a lot of jelqing. I'm going to be hanging now and working on length only first.
Here's the back story. I first dabbled in jelqing more than. 10 years ago. Nothing consistent though. Then in 2017 and 2018 I did two straight years of dedicated PE. I even hired Big Al at mecoach to teach me. In those two years I did see some gains. I started in Jan 2017 at 5.5 in. BPEL and 3.75 in. MSEG and ended in Jan 2019 at 6.125 in. BPEL and 4.1 in. MSEG. That's decent. I won't bother posting my spreadsheet which has all the details of my training and measurements, but for the majority of the time I was working against a major plateau and decided I needed to take a decon break. I'm going to use this thread as my new progress log.
Today, I'm changing my approach to hanging and focusing on length first and then adding girth. 2019 is the year hanging/extending for me. I'm starting with 3x20 min sets M-F and I'll see what kind of progress I get to. I'm using a captains wrench at first which I rather enjoyed when I tried it out this morning. I'm also wearing stealth innerwear to heal in an extended state post workout for about 4 hours. Finally, I'm planning to add 1/2 pound each week if needed. Anyway, I'm very hopeful for this year! Then 2020 will be bathmate and clamping for girth and stuff.
This morning, here's my routine.
7 minute warm up with blowdryer (traveling for work and saving time)
3x20 min hanging - 3.3 pounds
5 minute breaks in between
22 x 5 sec erect kegel and reverse kegel alternating
15 min start stop with no ejaculation
5 min warm down with blowdryer
I'm also setting some fitness goals and trying to eliminate my fat pad entirely. Right now I'm about 25 pounds overweight.
Let the great experiment begin!
I'll take an actual measurement this week to set my baseline to start and post it here. My guess is 6x4.
