    Impressive progress by the way. I'm wondering if maintaining erect state is a factor in your successful gains.
    I noticed for me that after edging, without further stimulation, I start to get flaccid sorta fast. For you do you maintain an erect state longer?

    Also would you happen to have any suggestions for me to start on a different routine? I have both a bath mate and a home depot clamp and thank you

      I do believe that keeping an erect state causes gains. Clamping & edging, ballooning the penis for long periods of time (ie. 10,20m) will expand the vessels over time. Also, using a cockring to trap the expansion in for a while after helps too.

      I would suggest starting to use the bathmate and experiment with clamping. You can look back in my log and give some of those routines a try. The one I’ve been doing for some time, with great success is fairly heavy, but it works well for me. Basically it’s this: 10m clamp, followed immediately by supersetting 30s uli + 30 big al squeeze, then finish with 10m of clamping.

      This routine is very heavy so don’t do this on day 1. I would work into this over many months. If you start clamping, start with 5 minutes only.

        Thanks and I do agree and think the expansion stuff makes a lot of sense.

          • 7/4/21: happy 4th everyone. How fortunate I feel to live here in the USA.

            No PE yesterday, but woke up with just a hair under 5.75 Erection!!! That’s probably one of the biggest measurements I’ve had with no PE the day prior. Slow n steady boys!!! Get those goals!!!

            • 7/6/21: took a couple days off for the holiday but back to it today. Good workout, did not measure. I can tell it was around 6” because I cannot reach my middle finger to my thumb. This is 6” or more. Will pump tonight.

              • Few more questions if you dont mind ?

                1. With your supersetting squeezes , is that a uli for 5secs , then a 30sec squeeze?

                2. Also is there a brief break between the two or are you keeping your base gripped then doing a big al squeeze?

                3 . Lastly i just replaced my original pump gauge where 3hg was too much .. now im comfortable at 5.5hg with the new one .

                What pressure do you pump at ?

                As always thanks , it mean alot in my pe journey.

                  Hey bro. Answers below:

                  1. It’s a full 30 second uli followed by 30 second squeeze, so total 1 minute.

                  2. There is a brief break between uli and squeeze just to work up a good boner again. Sometimes I don’t need it, but mostly I do.

                  3. I don’t have a pressure gauge as I use a Bathmate. But I max out pressure on it. I’ve heard it’s around 5hg, but cannot confirm.

                  Keep working it brother, girth will come.

                      • 7/21/21: it’s been a few days since I’ve posted, but I’m still doing my PE of course. It’s become part of my lifestyle. Very similar to the lifting weights and proper nutrition I’ve been doing for decades, PE is now part of that routine.

                        My wife now regularly makes dick jokes to me. Not mean at all, just comments about my huge cock ha! For example the other day (and I drive a big truck), my wife says “we’ll guys who drive big trucks aren’t always compensating for something”. And she makes a double handed motion holds her hands out wide like she’s showing me how big the fish was she caught. Or some days she’ll make an OK symbol, but with her thumb and middle finger instead of index, and wink at me lol. It’s awesome.

                        So today’s PE was pretty heavy. Did my full clamp/squeeze/clamp routine, and went to the gym. Ended up pumping 15m in the shower when I got home. My dick is fuggin huge right now.

                        Didn’t PE yesterday but measured today’s AM boner at 5.75”. Nice!!!

                        • 8/6/21: haven’t posted in a while, but still doing my PE. I’m definitely in some kind of plateau or something. I have been having low EQ, no morning wood, etc for a few weeks now. Thinking of taking a bit of a break. Maybe a week or two to let things heal up.

                              • 10.18.2021 - Def haven't been posting as often lately. Life has been busy, but I'm still doing my PE. Similar routine to what i've always described with little changes here and there. I'm thiinking about picking extending back up again. I know I can hit the 8" mark if I devote a few months to it again. May need to pick up a wider girth extender though.
