    I've finally decided to keep track of my PE progress and make a log .... It's been a wonderful journey since July 15th of 2009 and PEGym has taught me a lot .... I've learnt very valuable and important lessons while trying to master the art of PE. I've realized that dedication,perseverance,hard work,commitment,consistency and patience are the key to being successful at PE. PE gains take a while and being patient can help you stay motivated and eager to PE. Since i started my journey i've grown (Pun intended) to like PE more and more. I am addicted to PE and i just love it!! I plan on staying here at PEGym for the long run because it's a really productive website and the members here are very helpful and pro-active.Things get done here in PEGym and that's what i want the most. I want to get the results that i want to achieve and i am sure i will be able to do it with the help and advice of the members here. I'd like to thank everyone of you for your support so far and that's kept me going through all the ups and downs of life and PE that i've been through so far. I will one day achieve my goal of BPEL 7.5" x EG 5.5". Once i achieve it i will go for the ultimate BPEL 8" x EG 6". I've added the Basic LOT Stretches back into my routine as of today. I will continue with my current routine till the 15th of July. If i've made gains then i will try out the same routine without any changes for another month. I will change or modify my routine depending on the results after the initial tryout month. The maximum break i've taken so far is just 3 days and that too because i was down with fever.I am not a big fan of deconditioning breaks so i will continue with my exercises because i've been gaining. I have missed a few "on" days but i usually stick to my routine and make sure i complete my PE session. My next measurement is on the 15th of July when i will be celebrating my 1st anniversary of PE'ing. I hope i make some gains by then. I added the basic LOT stretches back into my routine today (I just completed a session).

    This is my current routine

    30 minutes warm up
    250 wet jelqs (EL between 35% - 50%) - 27 minutes
    150 v jelqs (EL between flaccid - 30%) - 22 minutes
    100 Jai Stretches with 3 quick kegels (EL between flaccid - 30%) - 8 minutes
    25 Tunica Tugs with triple side bends (EL between flaccid - 20%) - 6 minutes
    5 Internal Stretches @ 10 seconds each set (EL @ flaccid) - 1 minute
    1 set Basic LOT Stretches @ 25 quick kegels (SO,R,U,L) (EL @ flaccid) - 2 minutes

    I don't do a warm down .... I will do 5 sets of Ulis @ 30 seconds hold each set once a week. My penis was responding well during the session and i will stay consistent and maximize my PE sessions. I will keep on updating my log so i know what progresses i am making.

    Pre-Pe BPEL - 5.2" - 5'4"
    12/4/2009
    BPEL - 5.7"
    4/7/2010
    BPEL - 6"
    5/24/2010
    BPEL - 6.25"
    Long Term Goal - BPEL 7.5" by EG 5.5"

    I had ejaculated to some porn prior to the session because i was damn horny .... thought it'd interfere with my exercises .... drinking plenty of water at present to stay hydrated and keep my penis plump and hanging ....

      I just completed my session a few minutes back .... My penis was responding very well while wet jelqing as the EL was constant at 40% .... but while v-jelqing it was uncomfortable so i had to take breaks in between to get my EL down to a lower level. I started my session off in the shower with the Jai stretches,Basic Lot Stretches and the internal stretches .... I was supposed to do the Tunica Tug triple side bends in the shower too but there was no baby oil over at my girlfriends apartment. So i had to get dressed, go out to the nearest 7/11 mart and get myself a bottle of baby oil and some food. I continued with my PE session after having my meal with the Tunica Tug triple side bends in the shower and then proceeded to do the jelqs and the v-jelqs while watching the second half of the world cup match between New Zealand and Slovakia. I watched the first half while eating. I look forward to the match between Ivory Coast and Portugal.

        Good to see you've got a log on the go EQK. Looks like a great manual routine as well man. Almost a year- well done! Look forward to the 15th. Just about to watch the game too mate, should be good hopefully.

            I did 5 sets of Ulis @ 30 seconds hold last tuesday .... i did not do them today because i was not in the mood to get an erection because i just ejaculated yesterday .... I will do them tomorrow .... I just do the Ulis once a week .... Once i am more conditioned to do the Ulis i will move on to Horse Squeezes.

              I try not to do squeezes two days in a row, personally. Gets me way too sore. Once a week is very understandable. Also, have you made any gains in girth yet?

                  Yup!! I was down with fever during those days .... nothing's going to stop me from doing PE!! I am going to achieve my goals!! I am not a big fan of deconditioning breaks as of now because i'm still gaining and i'm addicted to PE!! lol ....

                    To be honest i have not kept track of my girth at all. I don't even know my girth measurements .... but i know i've made some girth gains by sight. I will have to take my girth measurements soon .... you are absolutely right about not doing Squeezes two days in a row .... I was doing them a few weeks back in my routine every session!! My EQ went down and i got the donut effect (probably as a result of squeezing below my glans with the right hand) so i decided to do the Ulis once a week and see how things go from there ....

                      I just completed my session for today and my penis is in great shape and responding really well .... The v-jelqs didn't give me any problems today regarding EL. I could do my workout smoothly .... I started off with a 20 minutes warm up instead of the regular 30 minutes .... I think i might have made some gains in length and girth .... I won't measure till the 15th of July .... The tight skin as a result of the donut effect seems to be subsiding .... PI's are positive .... great flaccid hang,morning wood and horniness .... Penis was stretching a tad bit more during the jelqing session. It seems longer!! Good blood circulation down there too!! Good workout overall and really satisfied with the PE session .... I'm supposed to do 5 sets of Ulis @ 30 seconds hold each set but i'll wait out and see if i am in the mood a little later .... I will be drinking plenty of water to keep my penis hydrated and plump.

                        I did not do the Ulis yesterday .... Today is an off day for me so i'm giving my penis plenty of rest .... Tomorrow is an on day again. I can't wait to do PE!! I tried some Oishi Original Green Tea today in the evening .... I hope it has good effects for my penis.

                          Glad you decided to start a log EQ. Looking forward to monitoring your progress. Also, let me know what think about the effects of green tea. I have been a huge supporter of green tea and PE together. Tea always seems to have a great impact on my flaccid hang that lasts throughout the day. I suppose it effects everyone differently, but I hope you find it leaves you nice and plump.

                            Just completed my PE session .... The session went well just that i was feeling a bit lethargic because i had taken some sleeping pills the night before and slept during the evening today before i started my PE session .... when i woke up my head was spinning and i was not in the mood to do any PE.... However i used my demotivational feelings to motivate me (I was using my own advice from my latest article) and decided to do the workout .... my penis was responding well and during my edging session i did 5 sets of Ulis at 30 seconds hold each. I decided not to use porn. My penis feels sore right now after a good workout .... I held the last Uli a bit longer than 30 seconds, maybe around 45 seconds and i used a slightly tighter grip to just test it out. Tomorrow is an on day too .... I will drink plenty of water to keep my penis hydrated and plump .... I did not do a warm down .... my warm up lasted half an hour and i did minimum periodic warm ups .... I felt like blowing my load during my edging session but decided not to .... i'll use that to my advantage ....
