I started off with my PE journey about 2 months ago, when I bought a bathmate pump on a whim. I've known of jelqing and other "male enhancement" for years now but whenever I tried jelqing, it just seemed too time consuming.
Well, I got sober in June and during my prolonged withdrawals, I thought--why not work to be the best human I can be? I'm very active in fitness and weightlifting (13+ years now consistently), take care of my appearance, eat right, and am successful in my career, so why not work on my penis as well?
I bought the bathmate on the recommendation of Good Looking Loser website. I'm not really a fan of much of what he says, but his testimonials were convincing and I was attracted by the ease and efficiency of the process. 20-30minutes for 4-5 days a week for length + girth gains? Why not. So I started using the bathmate and have seen length gains from it. About .25-30" in just two short months. Mind you, I haven't been super consistent with it, using it maybe 3-4 days a week but these legitimate gains have me hooked.
So, for the past two weeks now I have added side-to-side stretches to my routine, I began the Angion 1.0 method a few days ago, bought silicone toe shields to start clamping, and have a Sizedoctor extender on the way. Maybe the Bathmate alone will get me to where I want, but why not speed the process up a bit.
Anyways, here's my plan:
Bathmate: 2 sessions, 10 minutes and then 20 minutes, EOD
Side to side stretches: 10 minutes, EOD
Angion 1.0: 20-30 minutes, EOD
Extender: I'm not sure .. haven't tried it yet. But I'm hoping to do 2+ hours 5 days a week, aiming for 4 hours. Just have to see how I can tolerate it and how cumbersome it is to wear.
Clamping: Not sure either, maybe 10 minutes 5days/week
Ultimate goal: Like everyone else ... 8"x6". Also, to correct a slight leftwards bend in my shaft. Not a real issue, just want a straight member for aesthetic purposes.
Starting stats: 7" by 5.5" NBEL. I'm not sure about the girth because I wasn't concerned with it at first, so I didn't really measure it but once realizing the importance of girth, I measured it yesterday and found it to be 5.5". So maybe it increased a little with the 2 months of Bathmate, but I'm just gonna assume it was 5.5" at the start. Pictures incoming in a day or two.
I'm really hoping to reach my goal within a year's time. If not, no big deal but I don't think it's that out of reach, considering my inexperience with PE and the gains I have experienced thus far. I understand that my gains wont continue in a linear fashion, but .25" length gain with a relatively minimal program suggests to me that an additional .75" length gain in another 10 months, with a more aggressive regimen is feasible.
If I don't get it in a year's time, well no big deal.. just gotta keep going until I do.
I realize that the traditional online messageboard is a dying medium so I'm not expecting a whole bunch of other posts. I'm making this thread for me, as a way to stay consistent and to hold myself accountable. But if anyone has any feedback or questions, please don't hesitate to post--I'd love to share my experience and learn from the experiences of others.
