My Log/Goal - 1" Girth in 1 Year

  • 7th Cycle of JELQ-FREE Routine. (Will adjust to include using pump and clamp instead after doing enough research on it)
    -Sessions usually start with a warm up, 70 squeezes, up to 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, 10 minute+ edging and sometimes a brief warm down.
    -Taking zinc occasionally and Citrulline L'Malate
    Week 1:
    3 days of sessions performed (Forgot which days)

    Week 2:
    6/23/21 - Rest
    6/24/21 - Warm up, 75 squeezes, 700 left to right stretches, 120 second kegel, ~ 5 minute edging, warm down.
    6/25/21 - Rest
    6/26/21 - Warm up, 70 squeezes, 700 stretches left to right when flaccid, 150 second kegel, ~5 minute edging, warm down.
    6/27/21 - Rest
    6/28/21 - 75 squeezes, 1000 stretches, 150 second kegel, ~8 minute edging, warm down
    6/29/21 - Rest
    6/30/21 - 75 Squeezes, 1000 stretches, 150 second kegels, ~5 minute edging, warm down.
    7/1/21 - Rest

    Week 3: Trying to add bath mate & clamp in week 3
    7/2/21 - Skipped
    7/3/21 - 75 Squeezes, 1000 stretches, 150 second kegels, ~ 8 minute edging
    7/4/21 - Rest
    7/5/21 - 75 Squeezes, 1000 stretches, 150 second kegels, ~5 minute edging
    7/6/21 - Rest
    7/7/21 - Skipped
    7/8/21 - Skipped
    7/9/21 - Skipped

    Week 4:
    7/10/21 - Warm up, 75 Squeezes, 1000 stretches, 150 second kegels, 8 minute edging
    7/11/21 - Rest Day
    7/12/21 - Skipped due to tiredness
    7/13/21 - Rest Day
    7/14/21 - Warm up, 80 Squeezes, 1K left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~12 minute edging, warm down.
    7/15/21 - Rest Day
    7/16/21 - Skipped
    7/17/21 - Warm up, 80 squeezes, 1k left to right stretches, 150 second kegles, ~10 minute edging, warm donw.
    7/18/21 - Rest Day

    Week 5:
    7/19/21 - Warm up with warm water, then attempt this: Clamp 5 minutes + squeezes (~10 seconds to start). Rest & Repeat 2 more times. (kept losing my erection)
    7/20/21 - Rest Day
    7/21/21 - Warm up, 75 squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, 5 minute edging, warm down.
    7/22/21 - Rest Day
    7/23/21 - 75 squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~8minute edging, warm down.
    7/24/21 - Rest
    7/25/21- Rest
    7/26/21 - Warm up, 75 Squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~1 minute edging, but unfortunately came. Then starting edging the next morning.
    Week 6:
    7/27/21 - Rest but continuing to edge
    7/28/21 - Warm up, 75 squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~7 minute edging.
    7/29/21 - Rest
    7/30/21 - Warm up, 75 Squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~10 minute edging.
    7/31/21- Rest Day
    8/1/21 - Warm up, 75 squeezes, 1000 left to right stretches, 150 second kegels, ~5 minute edging
    8/2/21 - Rest Day
    Week 7: Complete rest week

    • I just skimmed over your log and wanted to let you know you've got my respect for sticking with it this long. I'm a relative newbie compared to some of the others commenting here but I'll second BallsMahoney's Bathmate and/or clamping recommendation. If your EQ feels strong, your tunica might be a limiting factor. Could be worth trying bundled stretches, which work on the tunica. Best of luck!

        Read my mind. I think bundled stretching will get you out of your plateau and continue in your gains!

          Thanks guys, I'll read up and figure out how to incorporate that. EQ is pretty strong and i have both the bath mate and a home depot clamp. I have to figure out how to do it in maybe a week

          • I think I've identified a major bottleneck in my progress: Not staying erect long enough.

            When I tried doing the clamping, I'd lose my erection about a minute in. I just come to realize that maybe this could be a reason why my progress is as slow as it has been. Going to test this hypothesis by trying ways to stay erect for much longer.

              Whether it's an EQ issue, a libido issue or both, you'll find plenty of advice here. In the meantime, if you're looking for something similar to clamping that might work better, you could try squeezes. When I'm doing a long squeeze (a minute or more), I can add pressure at any time by momentarily loosening my grip, kegeling more blood into my erection, and then tightening my grip again. Maybe that would work for you.

              • Thank you NumberSix. Interestingly enough I'm already experimenting with something similar to your suggestion + trying to edge more to keep erect.

                • I was able to gain 1 inches girth EQ in 1 1/2 years time & 1 inches in length in 24 months time

                    • It's been a while, the last time I did any PE was on 8/1/2021. I took 8 weeks of a break. This website layout looks different too. I will resume some PE tomorrow.

                      • 10/25/2021 - 10 second squeezes x 7 reps, 550 side to side stretches, 120 second kegels, 5 minute x 2 edging. no warm up or warm down.

                        I'm pretty sure I lost some sensitivity down there, not sure if due to squeezing without warming up over time...
                        10/27/2021 - 10 second squeezes x 7, 600 side to side squeezes, 120 second kegls, 8 minute edging.
                        10/31/2021 - 10 second squeezes x 7, 600 side to side squeezes, 120 second kegls, 8 minute edging.
