      After 5 day of resting im healed from overtraining and got all my girth gains back plus gained 1mm of girth. I did not get all my length gains back but im sure I get them soon.

      Im going to tryi 1 day on and 1 day off.

      - 1 hour flaccid bundle stretch
      - 2 hour flaccid clamp

      This routine I want to test if flaccid clamping effective for girth.

      Im going to add signature sizes soon.

        I have changed my mind. I think im going to test to take day off as long as I have big hang after training. That way I find out how long im going to have bug hang after training. From that im going to have day off just enought and continue exersicing just 1 day before my big hang come back to normal. That way I can not overtraining and can not have too much day off.

          I lost almost all my girth again. Maybe over training. Im going to take 2-4 day off.

          Erect stretch is something I want to tryi. I dont mean pulling from behind the glans. Just erect stretching like jelq but at the end of jelqing movement you just pull to stretch the penis.

            I got lenth gains from day off. Looks like i need to add more day off even my PIs are good. Havent measure girth yet. Im going to tryi 1 day on 1 day off.

            After this 3-4 day off im goinh to tryi lazy jelq and squeeze.

              I have been stretching my frenulum (i have short frenulum) while on day off. Is this affecting my gains on day off? Maybe I need to stop my frenulum stretching.

                One important thing I want to add is remember to write everything down on this journey. Every change you made, every gains, every lost of gains! I forgot yesterday that I made gains on day off. Today I did some frenulum stretching and I lost gains.

                    I read all my post in this thread. I find the reason for my lost of gains: Overtraining!

                    New routine:
                    1 day on 2 day off (fuck, this is going to be hard for me because im "taking action"-type of guy)

                    *Flaccid bundle stretch 1 hour
                    *Erect clampping with hand (Ulis) 30min

                    Maybe I would add flaccid clampping also.

                    I need to tryi Lazy Jelq and squeeze after healing from overtraining!

                        I got almost all my lengt and girth gain back after 3 day off. I did about 1 hour RK while watching movie before measurement. Im pretty sure RK was the reason for me getting my gains back.

                        Does this mean I dont need day off??? I just need to RK alot.

                            Hi ankle, i will answer to your previous questions, anxiety can cause "lost" of gains because it will not allow the penis to full expand and also overtraining can be the reason. I would suggest you to do flaccid stretches and increase time day by day, for girth focus on jelq it will help

                                I have been doing erect stretch 4 day in row. Seeing gains and lost of gains variably. I have been stretching my frenulum alot And maybe it is the cause of nit having consistent gains.

                                I also did girth exersice (squueze compressor and bended squueze) 4 day in row. Havent seen any gains.

                                I tried L-argine orally and locally 2 day ago and my flaccid hang is bigger. Also just tried watermelons today and lets see what happen.
