    Been on here for 10 months and been doing basic JP90 and some off and on again Jelq's ect... Nothing consistent until now. However my erection quality has gotten tons better and now I really need to settle in for some gains. Before sex, I do a few basic warm ups and that also has improved things a fair bit.

    Will be doing the PSEG program for a year and see how my gains are. If I get a 1/4" length in the next 2-3 months, I know I will be on the right track.

    Crazy but making gains... The program outlined by PESG is actually working. I am doing a four day workout routine. M T Th F are my workout days.
    (Off Wednesday and the weekend) I seemed to respond better with an extra day off...
