Veteran PE'er since 2012. Never consistent longer than a few months. Biggest gains came the summer of '16 wherein I managed half an inch of length solely with hand stretches + jelqing (maxed out length at 7.5" BPEL, my record). I've done it all -- manuals, pumping, hanging, etc. Coming back to the game again. I'm well aware this beginning routine is kid's stuff. I'm just starting out and will be working my way up to a more serious routine, day by day. I'm just posting here to keep myself accountable. Any questions/comments are welcome.
Routine for 10/21/2019
30min Hanging with LG Hanger @ 10lbs + Heating Fan
20min Jelqing Session
Note about exercise order: I cannot usually hang after jelqing/pumping unless I shower off all the coco oil. This is highly inconvenient. Hence, it is my great preference to do the length work, which usually requires hand/cock traction (and not a slippery/oily surface), first before going after the girth. However, as I increase my girth work I'd like it to span over the whole day, along with my length work, which will probably require some level of inconvenience. This is fine, especially if I start gaining reasonably well. Also, on this point, I do not mean to neglect g411by7's advice, since he is probably one of my most respected PE'ers in the game. It is firmly in the back of my mind, always, that jelqing precedent to length work may lead to superior gains. However, I do not deem it necessary to begin this practice now, as I am just starting out. As I said, as the routine becomes more advanced, I will incorporate this advice from one of the most effective PE'ers in the universe, and will begin jelqing precedent to all length work, followed by further jelqing and girth work after length work.
Note on Measurements: Generally, my cock measures (7.1-7.3)x(6-6.3) BPEL. I give a range because in real life, an erect penis is not perfectly one measurement or the other. There seems to be a range. This is especially true for the flaccid penis. My flaccid ranges from 4-5.25"x5" BPEL. Ironically, the flaccid girth does not have as much of a fluctuation due to the fact there is totally consistent blood flow when flaccid, not variable blood flow as with erectile levels (as we say, we have different "levels" of erection depending on how aroused we get or dependent on other factors such as temperature, diet, etc.). All this to say, I'm not one of these guys that'll be obsessing over a few mm's, or a tenth of an inch or something. I'll say a gain is legitimate once there is a clear gain of at least a half inch. I have no real interest in wasting time pontificating over small gains that could amount to little more than measurement error.
Current Measurements:
7.2BPELx6.2EG (averaging the range)
4.6FLx5FG (again averaging the range)
Goals:
Make the flaccid penis consistently larger (6-7"+)
Make erectile length larger (9-10"+)
Increase girth (7-8"+)
Wish me luck.
