I stumbled upon PE a few years ago but I'm finally getting around to trying it out now.

    Current measurements:
    BPFSL: 6.5''
    BPEL: 6.25''
    EG:4.875''

    Goal for this log:
    BPEL: 7.5''
    EG: 5.5''

My starting routine is as follows:
    Warmup, 10 minute total
    - Rice sock
Stretch (up, right, out, left, up, down, out), 12 min total
    - 30 sec per rep
    - 3 sets
    - 30 sec rest
    Jelq, 10 min total
    - Erection level 30% to 50%
    - 2-3 sec each

      Warmup 10 minutes
      Stretch 12 minutes

So far no signs of post workout soreness. I might consider increasing stretching time and/or adding some edging at the end of the workout. But that'll probably be something to consider in a few weeks.

Well done on finishing up you're first week.

As you progress you'll see just how easy it is to fit pe into your life.

Think of things in the long term. Don't sweat it if you miss a day or two here and there other than your rest days. It won't matter 2 years down the line of consistency.

Don't be too affraid of giving that thing a good pull. Maybe up your intensity, discover your limits gradually but don't cross them.

35 mins routine is a good length of time to be doing exercises for someone a week in. Concentrate on mastering your stretches, feel what they're doing, play with the angles and positions slightly to see where the most efficient stretches are.

I always concerntate on the numbers too much. I'm becoming more kinesthetic in my pe. I wish I'd done this from the start.

Thanks for the tips! I am noticing that is getting easier to fit into my schedule and I try to fit it in after I go to the gym since I can shower right after.

Unfortunately work is picking up right when I started PE so its making me inconsistent but I'll try to get back on track!
