    PONR = ejaculation. You prevent PONR and achieve orgasm with kegel. The kegel at the right time allows you to pass PONR and achieve orgasm, without ejaculating during PONR. So you want to kegel right before PONR.

    Rocket science FTW.

      Yes, yes. So PONR means the start of contractions (spasm kegels)?

        Nick I don't think I am the only one . Repeating the same question after it has been answered hmmm not good policy.

            Guys, sorry, but look a little bit at your answers, i ask something and you answer with other words. In this case, we are the seekers, so try to answer with our/my words. Please, do not be mad on us, on me. This is a hard subject, DO is not something easy in first time. Maybe after we succeed too, we will laugh together but for the moment is damn difficult for us, for me. Please, answer exactly as we ask. Otherwise, we will feel uncertain on your answers.

            Look an example:

            I asked: PONR means the start of Orgasm or means the start of Contractions (Spasm Kegels) ?

            Your answer was:
            PONR = ejaculation.

            This answer is not correlated to the words of the question. Do you see? So, in this case, i need to ask again, and again, etc.

            PLease try to answer as close as posible to the question. In this case, so,
            PONR means the start of Orgasm or means the start of Contractions (Spasm Kegels)? - we know that orgasm begins first and after it begins the ejaculation.

            Or, what do you mean by ejaculation? The contractions (spasm kegls)?

              Words aren't correlated to the words of the question? You aren't a pollock, are you? Or is english not your native language?

              For one that has already claimed to have experienced DO's, I find it rather strange for you to ask all of this crap again.

              But you guessed it ~~>
              PONR = ejaculation; ejaculation = pelvic floor spasms.
