I have been doing PE for 3 weeks now. Not a total beginner,but now i am committed. They say if u do it for 66 days u get it as a habit.
My routine:
1 day: JP90 routine modified.
for warming up, my penis is almost all the time warm as I can feel it. But I always do the asian technique, rub my palms hard and make energy, then lay then on my penis and groin. I do this 5-6 times.
Then stretchings, 2 rounds of 30 seconds in up,down and right side (its a bit crooked to the left so i figured it will good idea to not stretch to that side) -no kegels tho due the warnings of injury
I do 100 ok jelqs on 20-40% errect continuously.
100 V jelqs
100 ok jelqs but other side of the hand.
at end i do the stretches and massage my penis a bit to cool it off.
2.day same warm up, and use a basic penis pump. 15-20mins but in 5 mins sessions. So I pump to reach +1inch and leave it for 5 mins. Release pressure, and pump again -holding 5 mins.
Then I do 100-150 ok jelqs and 30-50 V jelqs.
Cooling off as usual, day 1.
3.day - routine of day 1.
4.day rest day - i feel i can do pe again but i take precautions. So resting well.
I do work out everyday doing HIIT and HIRT, eating healthy and taking vitamins (just those juices with vitamins), protein smoothies and lots of water.
