    I have been doing PE for 3 weeks now. Not a total beginner,but now i am committed. They say if u do it for 66 days u get it as a habit.

    My routine:
    1 day: JP90 routine modified.
    for warming up, my penis is almost all the time warm as I can feel it. But I always do the asian technique, rub my palms hard and make energy, then lay then on my penis and groin. I do this 5-6 times.
    Then stretchings, 2 rounds of 30 seconds in up,down and right side (its a bit crooked to the left so i figured it will good idea to not stretch to that side) -no kegels tho due the warnings of injury

    I do 100 ok jelqs on 20-40% errect continuously.
    100 V jelqs
    100 ok jelqs but other side of the hand.
    at end i do the stretches and massage my penis a bit to cool it off.

    2.day same warm up, and use a basic penis pump. 15-20mins but in 5 mins sessions. So I pump to reach +1inch and leave it for 5 mins. Release pressure, and pump again -holding 5 mins.
    Then I do 100-150 ok jelqs and 30-50 V jelqs.
    Cooling off as usual, day 1.

    3.day - routine of day 1.

    4.day rest day - i feel i can do pe again but i take precautions. So resting well.

    I do work out everyday doing HIIT and HIRT, eating healthy and taking vitamins (just those juices with vitamins), protein smoothies and lots of water.

    ++everyday I do kegels and reverse kegels. My pelvic floor is fcked up since I cant control the contractions and causes premature ejaculation.

      After 6 weeks these are my measures
      BPEL - 14cm \5.5" , EG - 11cm \4.3"
      Flacid : 10.1 cm and girth 8cm.

      Started with:
      BPEL : 13cm \ 5. " , EG - 10cm \3.9"
      flaccid : 9cm and girth 7-8cm (dont rly know)

      Seems like its working.

        I am doing 10mins pumping every morning except on rest days.
        And now I added pumping of 10 mins (2x5mins) during stretch time of JP90. And 300 jelqs and 120 V jelqs.

        My current goal is 6" BPEL and 4 . 7" girth
        long term : 7" with 5" girth.

        i also suffer from premature ejaculation so I do edging on my rest days and kegels\reverse kegels every day. Way of curing PE is a lot harder than I thought. My goal is to reach 15mins of nonstop penetration with tricks ofc i.e. Few seconds breaks.

          SUCCESS!!!
          Okay. So last week I switched to 5 days on 2 off. Today I measured myself and am very surprised. This worked wonders. I achieved my goal.

          BPEL - [ +/- 6" - 15cm (14.5-15.5 cm differs depending on EQ).]
          EG - [ 11cm / 4.3" ]
          Flaccid
          10.5cm (4.1") length with 9.5cm (3.7") girth.
          ==========================================
          This month I am still sticking to my routine with 5 days on, 2 days off.
          Even numbers (2 days) is with the pump and some jelqs,
          Odd days (3 days) is jelqing and 10mins pumping in the stretches before the jelqing.

          In July I am moving to the Advanced Jelq-free technique as suggested by Burrito (thanks man!) , but until then I will keep doing these for another month.
          I hope I can gain 1cm in girth by the end of this month though to achieve my current goal. I might increase the jelqs by 20-30 more. I will write it in this blog if I do.
          Also, I am not so sure about reaching my longterm goal of 7" with 5", cause I think it will take much more time than the first inch. Nevertheless, hopefully by the end of this year, I will achieve that too.

            Sounds like it's going pretty well! I'm also pretty new to it all, and it looks like we started from the same sort of place. 4/10ths of an inch girth in 6 weeks sounds pretty good going.
            Am I reading your earlier threads right, you had been doing 3 on 1 off? And now 5 on 2 off?

              Correct, 3 days on then a day off. Last week i started with 5 on 2 off since it is in good condition now and I don't feel any discomfort. I started easy to build up first though. so yes, those 2-3 months has been 3 on , 1 off.

                I have measured myself again, no gains at all of doing the 5 days on 2 off. A bit disappointed as I expect at least 1cm gain in girth and length.
                I have started the Big Al advanced jelq-free technique yesterday.
                1. I do warm up of 2-3 minutes warming my penis up by rubbing my hands and placing them on my penis.
                2. I do stretches for about 4 minutes (30 seconds every side)
                3. I use penis pump 2x5minutes sessions
                4. around 70 squeezes (I have to use porn running in background otherwise I can't keep the erection on by doing squeezes)
                5. I did 300 side stretches , just like pendulum as Big Al explained. Big mistake, should have gone for less - my penis head got numb and swelled.

                Now doing 1 day on 1 day off as suggested by Big Al. Will be doing it for 6 weeks and will post my new measurements.

                  After a week of doing it, I switched to a personalized routine. So, for the past 2 weeks I have been doing the following:
                  1 day: Big Al advanced jelq-free technique. Warm up + around 40 squeezes by 20 seconds each (around 25 minutes) + 400 side stretches (10-15 minutes) + cool down.
                  2 day: Pumping to highest pressure: warm up + 4 x 5 minutes pumping while erect + cool down.
                  I repeat day 1 and 2, and take a 1 day break.

                  I haven't measured yet, so will wait until the end of the month to measure. Feeling like I got some growth, hopefully it is working.

                    5 weeks of PE Big Al, 1 week off. Measured: NO GAINS. not even a millimetre.
                    Will continue for another 12 weeks. hopefully will see some gains. Getting frustrated

                      Switching to personalized routine. Been focused more on building stamina and getting rid of preE.
                      I ordered an extender and bathmate. Until then:

                      Morning: 4x5mins pumping, finish with 100 jelqs.
                      Evening: 4x5 mins pumping, finish with 100 jelqs.

                      The next day:
                      Morning: 4x5mins pumping, finish with 100 jelqs.
                      Evening: Bundled stretches for 20-25 minutes, finish with 100-150 jelqs.

                      4 consecutive days workout, 1 day rest.

                      I do preE routine within that. Minuteman's master kegel routine, and edging for 20-25 minutes with a fleshlight (usually before the evening PE workout)

                        preE update / in sex:
                        I tried my progress during sex. I get way too overexcited and overaroused. I have no control of it. Tried deep breathing, belly breathing, decompression breathing, thinking of something else, nothing worked. My heart was beating fast like I was running a marathon, even though it was just bdsm foreplay. The foreplay was quite long and get bad EQ. When I tried to penetrate her my EQ gets to 7. It's even worse when I put on a condom. I thought the pumping would help me a looooot with that, but doesn't seem like it. I did my best to feel the plateau but reached PONR quickly 1-2 minutes. I am really in HIGH hopes the edging will help me big time. But the arousal is just crazy to not control. I am gonna try drummer19's suggestion to watch porn in increments and fight getting erection.

                          Today morning session:
                          Plateau edging - blank mind, with FL. Eyes covered, ears covered. The stopwatch was on. I reached plateau after 14 minutes, was in total plateau for another 10 minutes. BEST edging session ever, best feeling ever. Can't describe it. 100% better than a quick orgasm. Now I really wanna master this, man this feels so fing good.

                          The scale I use now is:

                          Arousal of 6-7 - green.
                          arousal of 7.5-8.5 - yellow.
                          arousal of 9-9.5 - red.

                            The past few sessions weren't plateau. I was hitting the red zone (scale 9) all the time. Slow strokes in the FL. Since I am uncircumcised, I pulled the skin down, and going slowly in and out with Meditative reverse kegels (deep belly breathing with reverse kegels), getting my penis used to the feeling of being in the mouth and vagina. I have to do the reverse kegels since I get IKs non-stop. I assumed that the frenulum and glans are too sensitive for the FL. I don't get any IKs when I touch them, and either when I do balooning.
                            I don't know what the hell is happening, and don't know how to be in plateau anymore.

                            I'll just keep edging like this, and see if there is progress with adapting my penis to the FL.

                            As for PE, same sessions, sometimes I do it once per day, sometimes twice, or take a full day break.

                              I've done the same.There's a point that's past PONR where you can stop or "ruin" your orgasm usually through tensing via strong kegel. For me it's like a partial orgasm where I cum just a little. It's generally clear but depending on how much it can be normal semen. Look up "Ruined orgasms" and see if it's similar to what you've experienced. Some people like it and there's a niche of porn around it.

                              When this happens during sex I prefer to slow down and build back up but my final orgasm will still be noticeably different.
