Reserved for listing of exercises and routines being performed.

    Routine:
Last time I used PESG routine to start and it worked well. The philosophy makes sense - do the lightest amount of exercise and force for your gains. Take the easy inches while you can before you have to start digging in, move too quickly and you won't be growing but rather toughening up which will make later gains more difficult. You can't force things to grow faster, so only do enough to get into growth mode.

Reserved for my story and goals.

      Notes:
Veteran PE. Been a long time, new username new life, don't want to remember the past.

"Shoulder width apart" someone explained PE to me in a way that made sense. If you want to train your body to do a split them you have to keep stretching your legs out further and further, you can stand shoulder width apart 24 hours a day for months and it's not going to get you any closer to your goal.

That said I do understand PE is about encouraging growth, not forcing it (similar to training to do a split). So find the sweet spot between injury, progress, and stagnation.

My goal is not specific, just get into a growth mode and keep it going. Work through the plateaus, take a decon break if necessary, and keep at this for the foreseeable future (3years or so) regardless of gains. Even if gains don't come the benefits to EQ is worth it. No stopping this time regardless of size, just keep going.

          Day 1

          Basic manual:
          5 min directional stretches
          10 min jelq

Summary: nothing specific, nothing more than light force. Just beginning light conditioning.

Day 2 off (doing 1 on 1 off for the first couple weeks and will move into 2/1 as conditioning allows)

            Day 3
            5 min stretch
            10 min jelq

Added classic testicle massage (30 sec each, 60 sec entire scrotum) and did 30 turkey neck skin stretches. Last time I did PE turkey neck became very pronounced, I want to start correcting now. I also previously went from grower to more of a shower, I want to try and increase testicle size (and health) to better aesthetically match larger flacid.

              Day 4 - off

              Day 5
              5 min stretch
              10 min jelq

Feels good, pliable, no soreness. I may do twice on weekends, at least this weekend just to see how it feels.

Testicle massage and turkey neck stretch every day as part of after shower routine. Also started wearing a scrotum cuff, it’s going to take a little while to get used to it.

I need to be sure to pay attention to skin care, last time I had big problems with chaffing and sensitivity early on.

                Day 6 - off (I decided against 2 in a row)
                Day 7
                6 min stretch
                10 min jelq

                Day 8 - off
                Day 9
                6 min stretch
                12 min jelq

Upping the times a little. The extra stretch gives a little bit of that good kind of sore. The extra jelq results in big bulbous red glans, which is what I’m looking for.

Had a bit of a setback, strained my neck a couple weeks back and it’s been taking its time healing. Yesterday I finally went 24 hours without ibuprofen, neck brace, or pain. I’ll give it a couple more days and if things feel good then I’ll start up again.

I took some extra time, last thing I wanted to do was reinjure myself. That sucked, couldn’t sleep for a couple weeks and just constant pain. But I got back into it Monday of this week and need to record. I’m starting from square one as the interruption nullified any sort of progress.

                    Day 1
                    5 min stretch
                    10 min jelq

                    Day 2
                    Rest

                    Day 3
                    5 min stretch
                    10 min jelq
