  • The road to 8x6

All right let's start the road to 8x6

    Starting measurements: 16.5cm (6.5 inches) x 13cm(5.1 inches)

    1st session:
4-5 min warm up in the shower
5 min stretching (basic stretches up,down, left, right, forward with a 30 sec hold for each)
5 min jelqing (this should have been 10 min but didn't have much privacy) with a 2 sec duration per jelq
    3x30 kegels with a 3 sec hold.

I'll start the first week by having 2 days rest after a workout and see how my penis is reacting.

I'll also start adjusting the min of stretching and jelqing probably every week or every 2 weeks (max stretching 10 min and max jelqing 20 min)

The kegels I'm gonna do every day and every time i go to the bathroom (when i go to the bathroom I'll do just 5 or 6 not the full sets like in the workout)

I'm preparing mentally that i may not see results for maybe around 3-4 months. Lets see how this goes
    Wish me luck.

Good luck with your goals! Make sure to continuously log, I find it helps a lot with dedication. I agree with that time frame, I'd hold off on measuring for at least a month. I personally would've went longer but as you can see I cheated.
    Start (03/31/20)
    BPEL: 7.3"
    MEG: 5"

    Current (06/15/20)
    BPEL: 7.5" (+0.2")
    MEG: 5.3" (+0.3")

I bought some too recently. I don't think it really did anything but it can't hurt. I essentially have the same goal and stats so keep me updated! I have a thread for basically the same thing.
        Start BPEL 5.5, MSEG 4.85
        2020 BPEL 7.25, MSEG 5.0

Had another session today and it felt solid.
I think i went a bit too far with the 2 days rest thing so i think i'll do a one day off one day on schedule.
I've seen that most people then go to a 2 day on 1 day off or a 5 day on and 2 day off but i think the one day on one day off should do me just fine for now.

I noticed that immediately after my first session i had one of my hardest morning woods ever and i haven't had that hard of a morning wood for a veryyyy long time.

My guy just read your post and I really like your attitude towards it. It's guys like you that tend to make the most gains because you're in it for the long haul. Cheers

Thank you. Based on the success forum an average of 3 months seems like a good estimate to have before seeing any results. I noticed some even saw within the first month but I already prepared that might not happen. If it does well i guess i'm even happier then hahaha

I will try to post every session i do and any changes i make to my schedule or any insights i may find while on this journey.

Just had another session today and it felt solid.
One thing i did differently than last time was that i was doing my kegels while stretching. Does anyone have experience with that?

After just about 4 sessions my EQ has never been better. Let's hope this continues into more growth.
I'll probably comment every session until i get into a rythm of not skipping sessions and sticking to it and then after that i'll just do a weekly review.

All right one week of PE done.
I'm changing my schedule to a 2 day on 1 day off since i feel like i'm resting too much with a 1 day on 1 day off schedule.

The 2 day on 1 day off schedule seems to work fine for the moment.

Haven't been able to keep posting due to the lack of time (Pretty busy schedule these last 2 weeks)

I've gone ahead and switched to a 5 day on 2 day off as i was feeling like i was getting way too much rest with the 2 day on 1 day off.

I'll continue with this for another 3 months. Erection quality keeps improving with each week that goes by. Let's hope these translate into gains.

I'll try to keep up with the progress updates at least once a week.

There goes my once a week plan

Anyway despite my lack of training with PE, I’m still determined to reach my goals.

I managed to fit my routines to my daily schedule after a long time of not being able to.

Let’s hope i can stay on track this time

I'm rooting for you! If anything, PE will teach you have to carve out time.
