  • Getting beyond the plateau.....

I have been actively engaged in PE for almost 2.5 years now. For the first year I saw some decent length gains and very little girth. But for the last year now, I have seen no more gains. I am looking for some guidance to help me break that plateau. What should I change?

I was on the beginners routine for about a year when I started. After seeing practicly no girth gains, I purchased a Bathmate and slightly changed my routine to focus more on girth. After almost 6 months with the new routine, I gained another 1/8" in length and 3/16" in girth. But nothing more since then...... FOR A WHOLE YEAR!

I am consistent. I average 4 to 5 days on and 2 to 3 off per week.
My routines last about an hour, with 15 mins of stretching in all directions (bundled stretches and tunica tugs included), 20 mins of jelqing (slow and about 80% intensity) and compressions, then finish with approx 20 mins in the bathmate at full pump.

Over the past year I have also taken some long breaks. Every 3 months I will take about 2 to 3 weeks off for full recovery. I heard this may help in the long run, which it has been so far.

I am at 7" BPEL currently and am not focusing on length. If I gain more, whatever.
However, I would like to see another 1/2" in girth to bring me just past the 5.5" mark.

Are there any successful plateau breakers out there that could give me some advice.
    New routine?

    Thanks for reading.

Hey Adam, have you tried clamping at all?
    Start (03/31/20)
    BPEL: 7.3"
    MEG: 5"

    Current (06/15/20)
    BPEL: 7.5" (+0.2")
    MEG: 5.3" (+0.3")

      No. I have not.
But I don't see it being much of a difference from Bathmate. Both will give you maximum expansion, but I would think Bathmate even more so.
