I figured I might as well start a log so I can easily keep up with my routine and stay on track to a bigger penis. This, mind you, is in the midst of a starting and stopping routine that's been perpetuating since December.
Right now no love life, sadly. Sporadic hook ups are the only thing my penis relies on, and I'm really detesting those.
Starting Stats (this is an estimate based on what I remember before PE)
BPEL: 6.25 (Sometimes 6.4 if I was lucky, though my erections were not consistent enough to warrant this as my actual measurement.)
EG: 4.5 (roughly)
These are the two stats I'm going to focus on throughout my PE career. I'd really like to improve my girth, however based on TGC Theory my tunica is my limiting factor so I figure I'll be focusing on length exercises.
Right now I'm working into a planned routine but basically I'm working to a modified JP Beginner's Routine. So basically Monday-Friday this is what my routine looks like.
300 Wet Jelqs
180 V-Jelqs
3 Flaccid Bends (3 Directions for every number of fingers, comes out to 12 total reps)
Light Stretching for 20 seconds in each direction.
When I'm lifeguarding I do 5 sets of 10 hard kegels and 50 quick kegels
I'm taking it really light for the remainder of the month of June, then I'll work in Uli's and other squeeze exercises.
I'll add in my current stats later on today when I can discretely get a full erection.
I'll try to update regularly and I'll appreciate any feedback you guys have for me.

EG: 5.5" (If I can make more that'd be great but I'm banking on slow girth gains)
