    I figured I might as well start a log so I can easily keep up with my routine and stay on track to a bigger penis. This, mind you, is in the midst of a starting and stopping routine that's been perpetuating since December.
    Right now no love life, sadly. Sporadic hook ups are the only thing my penis relies on, and I'm really detesting those.

    Starting Stats (this is an estimate based on what I remember before PE)
    BPEL: 6.25 (Sometimes 6.4 if I was lucky, though my erections were not consistent enough to warrant this as my actual measurement.)
    EG: 4.5 (roughly)

    These are the two stats I'm going to focus on throughout my PE career. I'd really like to improve my girth, however based on TGC Theory my tunica is my limiting factor so I figure I'll be focusing on length exercises.
    Right now I'm working into a planned routine but basically I'm working to a modified JP Beginner's Routine. So basically Monday-Friday this is what my routine looks like.
    300 Wet Jelqs
    180 V-Jelqs
    3 Flaccid Bends (3 Directions for every number of fingers, comes out to 12 total reps)
    Light Stretching for 20 seconds in each direction.

    When I'm lifeguarding I do 5 sets of 10 hard kegels and 50 quick kegels

    I'm taking it really light for the remainder of the month of June, then I'll work in Uli's and other squeeze exercises.

    I'll add in my current stats later on today when I can discretely get a full erection.
    I'll try to update regularly and I'll appreciate any feedback you guys have for me.

    Edit: Woops forgot my goals.
    Short term
    BPEL: 7"
    EG: 5"
    Long Term
    BPEL: 8"
    EG: 5.5" (If I can make more that'd be great but I'm banking on slow girth gains)
    Ultimate Super Happy Fun Goal
    BPEL: 9"
    EG: 6"

    Alright current stats are as follows:
    BPEL: 6.5" (Scratch that, 6.6" )
    EG: 4.85 (might have to rethink my short term goal )

Got asked by my boss to lifeguard at a pool and hour away tomorrow 4-8. Hopefully this other guy can cover it for me. Well not too much that's interesting in my life. I'm pretty terrible at Journal's considering I've never kept one.

          I remember when I was 6.6" BPEL... it's WEIRD being 6.6" NBPEL now... heh

            Did a small routine today. Stretches, flaccid bends, and only 200 wet jelqs. I'll finish it out later tonight. Stupid work interrupting my sessions.

              Got my routine done early, before I even left the bed today. I'll think I'll be doing that more often. Work today, thursday, and friday as usual :\.

                  Did my stretches flaccid bends, etc. I implemented 3 reps of 30 sec Uli's then moved on to my jelqs. It wasn't long before i felt a slight pain in the head of my penis. I finished my set of 100 and I'm now doing fowfers. I figure I'll do uli's at the end of my work out now, or 2 reps instead of 3.

                    Ah Fridays. Its been several months since I've actually known what it was like to party on a friday. Work today 4-11, got off at 10 because no one came into the restaurant. By the way, a special little tip for those who haven't worked in the restaurant business. The kitchen HATES it when people come in 30 minutes before closing. We tend to break everything down and start closing up but when people come in for food we have to get everything out again. So FYI, try not to do this at a restaurant. Fast food is a different story, but a sit down restaurant its just a pain in the ass. Luckily that wasn't the case tonight.
                    Anyways, flirted with that girl again. Gah, this is going to take longer than I thought which is good because it means she ain't no ho fo sho. Got some laughs and giggles from her but I still don't have a solid stance from which I can "launch my offensive." Maybe it's not to be, I'll find out soon enough. In the mean time, I've been working with a program: Reason 4. Its an electronic music software, for those who don't know. I'm trying to become more proficient in it, eventually I might put some songs up to see what you guys think .
                    Did 300 wet jelqs this morning, 2 uli's, flaccid bends, and some stretching. Not a bad workout and no pain from the uli's this time.

                      No PE today. Day off as well as Sunday. Played about 2 hours of rugby and my knees are certainly thanking me for that...Hung out with a buddy of mine and worked on a real nasty filthy beat in Reason. That's about it for today, did some edging with release. With the exception of rugby I had a nice chill day off, working tomorrow for about 4 hours with 2 other lifeguards so it shouldn't be too bad then there's some party at one of their houses so I might go, get a little drunk, cause some trouble you know how it is.

                      Results thus far:
                      I haven't measured and don't plan on doing so until the 25 of July so no gains as of yet.
                      My flaccid states and 100% erection states don't feel much different at all but the percents in between feel worlds larger. My half-cock feels like a big meaty sausage in my hands, i just want to flop it around and smack thinks with it.
                      I also notice my erections lasting much longer after ejaculation. All good signs to me.

                          No PE today. Some stretching and thats about it. Tried traction wrapping but it wouldn't cooperate, plus the tape I used was really sticky (ouch). Went to a party, smoked salvia, talked about old nickelodeon shows and got a few interests from women but I didn't follow through with them. All in all not a bad night.

                            Got a decent PE workout in. Added in a BUNCH of stretches so I can take care of this tunica. My work out today looked like this:
                            Warm up with fowfers in warm bath.
                            Stretches in each direction for 30 secs each
                            10 reps of the side to side stretch
                            tried out the leg tuck pull
                            Flaccid Bends
                            300 jelqs, 50 up and 50 out then repeat
                            3 Uli's, 30 secs each
                            Then a warm down

                            Whats going in my life right now, you ask? Guarding a lot, and my shoulder is killing me. I need to ice this constantly because its affecting my gym workouts. Noticed some slight stretch marks today. Pretty good sign I must say

                              Everything but jelqs today. I feel like I overstretched my penis and I have some pain on the right side of the base. I also discovered I've been stretching my tunica this whole time rather than my ligaments...:\. Well, gym in the morning and lifeguarding again. Then off to start my new band project with a buddy of mine.
